We had the best time here. All thanks to the lovely staff of Staybridge Baku, special thanks to Mr. Farid who assisted us through whatsapp before we even travelled and also throughout our journey he was so kind to guide us at every step. & Mr. Parviz and the whole staff for being so hospitable and kind. We were upgraded to the executive suite on 15th floor because it was our anniversary. This is the most gorgeous room in the whole hotel. The view is just next level - we could see the whole city skyline, the sea, the flaming towers from here. The balcony was sooo huge. Their beds are comfortable & cleanliness is also very well taken care of. Their TV had netflix youtube which I wasn't expecting to be honest, which we would watch after a long day out so we never got bored here. We stayed 5 days and did not have any single issue. Highly recommended if you visit Baku. Its a beautiful city with beautiful and friendly people.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Baku was very comfortable. The Staff was warm and helpful. The Location is excellent. The Breakfast was sumptuous and the timings relaxed. One member of the Staff at breakfast took it on himself to remind us to come early, everyday. On a lighter note ! No complaints, we were always served well. The Rooms are large and well appointed, it was important for us as it was an 8 days stay. I would strongly recommend this Hotel for Stay in Baku.

I stayed here during my stay in Baku and was really impressed with the hotel. The service at reception is warm, welcoming & helpful. The room was located on the 5th floor and well presented & very comfortable bed (which I needed as I was exhausted after sightseeing and travelling from neighbouring Georgia). The breakfast is plentiful and the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Nizami Street & 15 minutes to the seafront. I would stay here again!

I stayed at a corner suite with incredible view of city and sea. Hotel has several restaurants, bars and a spa. One thing is missing at this hotel which is service level. Im not completely sure if its locals attitude or training but most employees need serious work to match the hotel status. Front Desk in general are the most well trained team, however I went to the main restaurant once and it was horrible from the receptionist to the working team. Another disaster team serves at Bar19. Hostess nor bartender had no clue what screw driver cocktail was and didn’t bother to even google it!!! Bar team seamed completely clueless and lost. Spa receptionist is very unprofessional she just wants you to cancel instead of selling packages! Hotel itself is iconic property but it lacks vibe and class. I hope it will only gets better next time I visit Baku.

KKhan123Disappointed in all honesty.
The room itself was as expected, nice design and very spacious.
Housecleaning was below par as there was still rubbish on the floor after I had returned in the evening, 2 nights in a row.
Had to wait a few minutes for the shower to get warm. No toothbrushes in the bathroom.
Miscommunication between staff about payment which resulted in a very unnecessary late night phone call from the front desk. Further miscommunication about parcel delivery. One day it was brought straight to the room, the next day it was against hotel policy.
Asked for help with luggage for check out, never came.
Very far from the ritz experience.
ผผู้เข้าพักI chose this hotel because of the location, as it was close to the embassy where I needed to go, and it served my purpose. The streets around are very quiet, so no traffic noise. The room was fine for the price, spacious, good bed, clean, windows can be opened to let in air. The only problem, as others mentioned in the reviews, is that shower cabin leaks onto the floor, so the floor in the bathroom gets very wet and slippery. I did not try wi-fi or breakfast at this hotel, so cannot comment on that. 100 manat deposit was required when checking in even though room had been paid online. Maybe it's common pratice in AZ, I don't know.
ผผู้เข้าพักVery good aparthotel with good area. Location next to metro station, from where you can go to city center (metro very easy to use and cheap). The least positive…. Many kitchen utensils were missing and the cleaning service only works upon request. Although, I request it for 4 times and they only clean once. The laundry service is slow and they gave me the clothes without iron them. But I paid for full service. Breakfast is very bad. Very bad English, what makes communication also very difficult.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕
Location: Excellent Personnel: Excellent Breakfast: Good - Excellent Overall: Excellent Our trip went nice and safe. Most of the Land Marks are within 15 - 20 min of walk-able distance. For tours, we have taken the help of Reception personnel in Baku and outside. We traveled by Taxi - best is to get a local SIM and download BOLT Application - not worth having a rented car especially at the rush hours... Airport is 20-25 min by car; pick-up and drop off from/to Airport was arranged by Reception personnel. Nice experience which we plan to repeat.
AAmmad KhalilOur Flight got cancelled due to visa issues, we went to a different hotel called MAAJID HOTEL in old city,
Before yesterday we were here for 5 nights, after spending one night in maajid hotel we missed the amenities & luxuries we had in this hotel so early morning we decided to come back to AUSTIN HOTEL BAKU again because its in the heart of baku , every time whether its day or night you look outside the window, you see the world alive in nice dresses & good moods, i would say its the HILTON HOTEL OF VEGAS in Baku.
No scam at all but please book this hotel only through trip.com because trip.com get you half price, i came here personally to check the price for a room , they quoted me a $100 night which is reasonable but i opened trip.com app & found the same room price in just $50 a night then i try to book & its done in just 1 minute.
No Scam
No overcharge
Very friendly staff
Staff is so good like they talk to you like they are your family members.
I am very impressed, i will visit this hotel again & again & again but only through trip.com
ผผู้เข้าพักMy stay at the Bristol Hotel from 1st Sept to 5th Sept 2023, room No 103, in Baku was an absolute nightmare that stretched over four agonizing nights. Despite its touted central location, this ancient relic of a place doesn't even come close to resembling the ”hotel” it's advertised as online. It's more like a dingy rental hostel with delusions of grandeur. Let's talk about breakfast – a lackluster, uninspired routine that required us to play a waiting game at their absurdly inconvenient hours. And don't even get me started on the absence of room service or the complete absence of drinking water. It's as if they're actively trying to make your stay as miserable as possible. The rooms are laughably non-soundproof, and the pitiful window curtains do nothing to shield you from the relentless onslaught of intrusive light, especially with a blaring nightclub next door. The fact that management couldn't care less about replacing those curtains is infuriating. But wait, there's more! The bathroom lock decided to throw a wrench into my already dreadful experience. I found myself trapped inside the bathroom, envisioning a nightmarish scenario where my partner wasn't in the room to rescue me. Can you imagine being stuck in there for hours, or even days? In all seriousness, I implore you, in the strongest terms possible, to steer clear of this establishment. It's an absolute travesty, and you deserve far better for your stay.
AArtyom PetukhovWhen I checked in I was told the door is broken so I could not open it with the electronic key and they'll open it, but it's gonna be fixed the next day. Of course it was never fixed and I had to ask the staff to open it for me every time. Felt REALLY awkward. Then some day some random woman (she was working here I believe) just opened my door and walked in while I was in my room at midnight, saw me, said sorry and run away. What was that I have no idea, but it kinda gives you an idea about their take on privacy. The TV was not working, because the cable was literally torn apart, the WiFi broke down several times and one time it was more than 24 hours. The showerhead was broken, the water from the shower never went the way it supposed to, but straight to the floor, the toilet was not really attached to the floor (thankfully it was attached to communications). With that being said, I still think the hotel is okay for the price, the room was nice, big and clean and had a personal balcony and the staff were really friendly.
