Good service and nice hotel! Staff very friendly and helpful. Well located and close to city Centre. Would recomend for anyone traveling to Baku!

Very friendly and helpful ! Nigar the guest relations manager was very helpful in helping us plan and organize our trips inside and outside Baku and make our trip very easy and enjoyable We took a double room and it was spacious giving the kids the space to play and enjoy inside the hotel as well

I traveled with family and stayed for four nights at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, the staff were good and there was a satisfying breakfast spread. Our check in was a bit bumpy, however, all of the issues were promptly and personally addressed by Nigar - the hotel’s superhero guest representative. She practically planned the entire trip itinerary for us, including booking private tour, trip to Shamaxi and the Alpaca farms all with a couple of phone calls. We wish her the best and thank her for all the care and kindness she showed us. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful courtesy, Nigar.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very hospitable, and guest relation was very helpful in finding tours, transportation, and restaurants for us. Breakfast was good (50%) Location was excellent

The hotel is just amazing. We liked everything. Good location and perfect for stay with children. Very good personal attitude 🙏very good cleaning, delicious breakfast and business lunch, near to old town, shopping centre etc. Room with panoramic city view. The location of the hotel is excellent, clean and close to Nizami Street. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. All thanks and respect to the distinguished management and I wish them success.Special thanks to the hotel manager Niger for her cooperation and interest. Winter Park Hotel Baku is located in one of finniest cities of Baku and is one of my favorite and go to Hotel in Azerbaijan since 2017. My friends and I enjoyed the stay there along with a professional and spectacular hospitability which was provided by the staffs. I have to specifically mention Ms. Nigar, who was an absolute professional who took care of us thoughout our stay. thanks a ton Nigar! 💯 I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and colleagues. Special thanks to Mr. Elmen who has a major role to play in the Hotel to make sure the guest enjoy the vacation and stay with a pleasant smile. Best hotel, comfortable and very kindly staff , and good position near center and nizami street , and they provide all thing you need, i really spend a very good time in winter park hotel. I will not change my this hotel in coming trips, thank you really for everything ❤️🥰😍

Good management and caring people. Also provide alot of help around the city and the country of Azerbaijan. Management takes care of the guests and constantly stay in check of the guests and makes sure everything is provided for them. Must recommend for any short or long trip in the City.

Very clean hotel the staff are very friendly and the location excellent and the hotel is reasonably priced I do recommend it to families and friends I hope the keep the level of service and now undergoing a total renovation nice views from both sides of the hotel.

The customer service employee is very kind and respectful. And his assistant. HNKA, they helped me with my luggage and assisted me when i was in need, The manager of the hotel was a gentleman and respected his guests. This my first time to visit Baku and I had a wonderful experience. many Thanks to the Management for the training of their employees that mirrored the employees training to the customers and guests.

The hotel is distinguished by its proximity to tourist attractions, and it is also considered to have an excellent level of quality of facilities and furniture. I also cannot fail to point out the very helpful staff, especially Mrs. Nigar. It was a truly beautiful stay.

The reception, cleanliness, and service are everything you need, and the hotel has an excellent location, close to Nizami Street Also, the employees are very, very cooperative and respond to your requests to the fullest extent, and they are cheerful and tidy. I just hope that the lobby will be better than the current one, and that it will expand more and serve the guests.
