Excellent Hotel and its location.The room are very spacious.The food is of excellent quality.Hotel staff is courteous and very caring.Breakfast is great.Would always come back and stay only at Flame Towers,Fairmont Baku.I would recommend this great place to visit.

Overall it is an unforgettable experience. The staff there are really helpful and polite and always smiling. One of the employees in the breakfast area by the name “Rashad” I could literally give this guy alone a 7 star review. He is very helpful and you can actually feel that he is happy to serve you.

Overall hotel stay was amazing. Great rooms comfortable beds and pillows, great staff. Also went to the lobby lounge where staff are very friendly and entertaining although ended up at the 19th floor Bar where staff are equally amazing and service is at its best. Rooms are cleaned daily and replenished whatever was consumed. Both check in and check out experience was great.

ROOM: extremely spacious and very convenient. Comfortable bed, working zone, shower and bathroom. There is a wardrobe as a separate spot inside your room. LOCATION: perfect location! 20min by feet to the sea-front, 5min to the funicular. 30min drive from the airport (up to 1h if it’s high traffic). FOOD: breakfast 7-11am (50 manat per person) - for me it’s overpriced compared to options presented. There are restaurant on site and a bar with the view - Bar 19 (6pm-12am) - good cocktails, view is stunning. FACILITIES: good wi-fi - not excellent due to video quality (sometimes slow loading), SPA&gym 7am-10pm. There is a direct access to the iMax cinema. STAFF: very friendly, smiley and polite.

Looking for luxury? Looking for great location? Looking for affordable price? Just do not think anything other than this Hotel. What a stay we had. We stayed only for one night and its our regret that we didn't plan to stay more. Our room was upgraded on complimentary basis to even bigger and better room. Electronic curtains, beautiful view of city and Sea, technologically equipped room. You can't wish for more. If you are meat eater, you will have lavish breakfast. But for vegetarian options are limited. I wish if they will add more options in menu they will even attract more guests.

The best hotel in baku. They have a fantastic staff who mostly say a yes for all your needs. Mr. Elgun & Mr. Zahra were very helpful for accommodation upgrade to convenient checkout. We were with infants and kids the breakfast services were also all taken care of

Room: (1120) Liked - The room I got is superbly built, huge space in the living room and bathroom, and had an amazing view of beautiful Baku I did not like - The room smelled of sweaty feet probably because of the old carpet and no small window for ventilation. Breakfast: Liked - the service and the opening time was great. I did not like - what was a bit disappointing was the omelette cooking team who prepared with the same spoon an omelette with pork and without pork, with cheese and without and everything was prepared in the same pan... I expected to see at least 2 dishes for each of the staff, because some people would like to have their omelette without Leftover pork or whatever they didn't order, unfortunately after they saw I couldn't eat what they made. There is room to improve the buffet itself, you can add to the serving more types of soft cheeses, savory pastries (without pork), steamed and fresh vegetables... the usual stuff. Service and general atmosphere - Awesome! the service from the lobby to the restaurants was great. Thank you.

When we arrived, nobody was around us outside the door where we went to the reception and met with Mr. Orkhan who is very professional and immediately arrange the bellboy and allocate our suite. He also explained about the all the benefit and the luggage also he arranged to deliver very quick. Room view was amazing to the Caspian Sea, and everything went very well during our stay. Dinner time we had also very good experience from two energetic male staffs (Apologies, forget their names) Breakfast time Mr. Sabir was there to assist us. Finally in the lounge Mr. Ali was very helpful. Overall, our experience was very good.

The flame towers hospitality is five star plus. Extremely clean the best food best hospitality. The front desk becomes your best friend. The waiters and staff are so polite, extremely polite. This is the best hospitality I’ve seen in many years I have no complaints! I recommend everyone to stay and experience the Flame Towers experience you will not be disappointed. You are welcomed with open arms. All questions are answered and solved. The food is spectacular. The best I’ve had. I extended my stage just because of the experience and amazing staff with smiles on their face. Happy to greet you. I cannot get over the food. There is also a very nice gym and spa center in the summertime. There is a pool there is a very cool restaurant on the 19th floor with an incredible view of the entire city. I can’t wait to go back and bring my mother and father. I recommend this state to everyone. The best hospitality team I’ve ever met. They go over and beyond for you. Enjoy.

Fairmont Baku exceeded our expectations with its luxurious ambiance and impeccable service. Mr. Zaur at the reception deserves special recognition for his outstanding assistance. Despite our flight delay, he seamlessly arranged a late checkout, showcasing exemplary customer service. The hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction, paired with Mr. Zaur's professionalism, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for a top-notch experience in Baku.

My reason for coming here was mainly due to the lack of english speaking services at other hotels. Here they spoke English fluently & to be honest this place was a fabulous place to stay in Baku. From customer service to easy check in and check out processes. Variety of Breakfast options and room view was spectacular. Had room 1115 with a beautiful city and sea views. Location on the top was my fav, but if u want to avoid up-hill walks, I'd suggest u choose a hotel across the boulevard Park. Facilities and amenities were convenient and top quality. The thing i loved is Bar19, live jazz or easy music with spectacular view. I'd come back for this.

Had a comfortable stay at Fairmont Baku. Staff is polite and helpful and speak good English. The lady manager at the breakfast was very warm too. Good options for vegetarians at breakfast. Fairly close to everything, just a 7-10 min taxi ride away.

Hotel location is good in terms of the views. Was disappointed with major water leakage in my room on 18th floor which was not rectified even after informing help desk. To make follow up help desk number was continuously busy. At checkout counter gentleman did not even cared to apologize for the inconvenience..
