Loved our visit! Beautiful resort. Fun games for families. Very clean. Nice touch to have cookies at front desk and complimentary wine in our room. View was gorgeous and enjoyed text for checkout. Will be back and will recommend. Ocean front lower floor puts you at eye level with sidewalk passerby's so 2nd floor would be best for Ocean front rooms if you plan on sitting on the patio. Suites are roomy and bed was very comfy.Other family stayed in a 2 room villa 2nd floor overlooking pool area and ocean from living room and master conjoined patio. Sunsets were amazing. Very roomy and it had a gas fireplace which is cozy in winter. I really enjoyed this resort.

Nice hotel with nice ocean views conveniently located to local restaurants and beach (right across the street). Room was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs, bacon, fried potatoes, bread products, fruit, juices, coffee - overall basic but quiet adequate. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Our heater didn’t work, I was supper cold at night.
They send a maintenance guy twice and the matter didn’t get solved. I had to ask to be moved to another room, which they did, but the shower was weird it was built for a disabled person and after taking shower at night our bathroom floor was wet and going to the restroom was challenging. They just apologized and checked us out.

Fantastic place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the facilities are top notch. We will be back and highly recommend whether you are traveling with or without children.

Everything was great! The pool, the jacuzzi, the room, the location, the parking, including our view. I would stay here again when coming to Avila!

Our Suite had a patio facing the ocean, it had a resort feel to it, which was very relaxing. The breakfast was great. The pool and spa face the beach that is just across the street! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful.
