My husband and I came to Austin to view eclipse and explore the area. This B&B is not only beautiful, comfortable and in a great location but the hosts, Brian and Sherri, went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. My brother in law joined us at the last minute and they made it possible to have him stay with us! In addition, the breakfast is delicious with lots of choices. We will definitely be coming back to the Brava House.

Bryan and Sheri were awesome host! By the time we left Sheri felt like family. We stayed in the Garbo room and it was perfect. The house is in close proximity to all Austin has to offer. On our next trip trip to Austin, this is where we’ll stay. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I have been staying at Brava House for more than 15 years of ACL festivals. It's not only a great location for the festival it's also a great location for accessing all that Austin has to offer. It is located in a neat little neighborhood (Clarksville) within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The rooms are all unique and are nicely furnished and very comfortable. New owners Bryan and Sherry are very accomodating and are in the process of making the rooms and grounds even more amazing. Even though it was our first year with them as our hosts we already felt like part of the family. I would recommend staying at Brava House for any trip to Austin, not just for ACL festival.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet. We got to see a lot in our short stay and Bryan was a fantastic host for us. There are plenty of places to eat just walking distance!

We stayed in the Monroe room. Lots of space. Comfy bed. When we had trouble with the new AC system, Brian came immediately to our room and fixed it. The continental breakfast during the week was small. Both Brian and Sherry offered lots of suggestions of things to do and we enjoyed the suggestions that we did

Great spot in a quaint, quiet section of Austin, but close to the action as well. Lovely old house with high ceilings and many original features. Our room included both a bedroom and a sitting room, so nice and roomy. Gregarious hosts make you feel welcome right from the start. Continental breakfast is made more special with lots of fresh berries and Greek yogurt. Will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay! Bryan & Sherry were kind, helpful & generous hosts. Brava House rooms were comfortable, cozy & light filled. WIFI worked great. The location is very convenient to Austin museums, downtown, capitol area & UT campus. Great restaurants nearby. Breakfasts were tasty & healthy.

The Brava House has new owners!! A wonderful Husband and Wife team with fantastic plans to keep the old-world charm while incorporating exciting upgrades. My wife & I and one of our adult children stayed through New Years this year. We visited restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of walking from this historical site. We sat on the front porch for reading, and met in the living room of our suite for gathering. We have stayed at the Brava House many times over the last 7 years and the new owners have sold us on continuing our plans to return. If you like a home-away-from-home in old world style with comfy beds and a wonderful breakfast house; with multiple gathering areas for family and friends.. then plan on the Brava House!!

New owners. Very friendly. They were busy getting acquainted with the place. The breakfast we anticipated was not as expected. Perhaps that may improve. The location was excellent. We wish the new owners success and hope for improvement if we choose to return.
