早餐該有的都有，水果很值得提一下，味道很好很新鮮，屬於英式早餐，酒店配餐廳，還有中餐菜單，但是60元一碗白米飯不敢嘗試，西餐的價位那是很親民的，有很漂亮的院子，在外面散步也很愜意，晚上可以吹着涼爽的風，房間中規中矩，床品還是可以看見品質的，總體來講很好，不過可能是因為一個人入住，感覺沒有給最好的房型，明明有帶浴缸的房間，也懶得換了

We went to KENYA and TANZANIA in Nov 2023 on a 11 day tour to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. From SAFARI tours to Hotel stays, it was excellent and truly memorable experience. We visited the NAIROBI museum, toured the local City, stayed in Jungle lodges, experienced the sight of wild life, enjoyed our vegetarian meals and the great services in both Countries by the Tour operators. Pro. - we had a twin- bed room towards golf course side with wonderful view of the green park - very friendly service - extraordinary restaurant with local food buffet in the evening, the chefs were so polite and helpful - very fast WiFi connection

We crossed the new year into 2024 at Mount Meru Hotel with my family and overall had a good stay. The rooms were spacious with all the necessary amenities were provided, the main issue was that the cleaning was sub-standard. On two occasions we had to re-call housekeeping to come back and clean the room because there was dust in the corners and under the bed. They also need to provide different sizes of towels, not just the large ones. The breakfast buffet was really good, but the general restaurant menu and options are average for the high prices charged. The swimming pool was a hit with our child. We tried out the spa and it was honestly over-priced especially given that the spa is quite old and needs upgrading. The fireworks show at midnight ringing in the was the highlight of our stay, it was simply spectacular.

Got a double bed rather than two beds as requested 9 months earlier. Very small room. Lots of noise from the lounge area well after midnight. Had to go and find housekeeping to get towels and bath mat. It was like the room hadn’t been completely cleaned before we arrived.

Happy to see they have maintained the standards since the hotel was refurbished in 2010. Breakfast was lovely, the rooms clean with fresh and clean linen. The bar was well stocked. The gardens are still well manicured and the infinity pool very clean. My only concern was the bath tub cum shower. The shower is in a deep tub which could be challenging to elderly guests to get in and out.

good food, good service, awesome view of Mt Meru. Though not the closest to downtown of the better hotels, it is certainly a walkable distance or a very short tuk tuk ride to the center of town. Nice pool area and gardens along with well furnished guest rooms and a very complete breakfast buffet
