Sanna Boutique Hotel

Our group had a fabulous 3 night stay at the Sanna hotel before flying home after a safari. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the showers have great water pressure. The a la carte breakfast is included in the price and other meals and alcohol are very reasonably priced. The view from the roof top deck is not to be missed. But what really sets the hotel apart is the staff. They go out of their way to make your stay special. The owner, Prince, is passionate about making you feel cared for. When he heard that we wanted to go to the Massai market for souvenirs, he drove us himself in his car, stayed with us as we shopped and then negotiated prices for us. Fantastic hotel in the heart of Arusha. Beautiful big room, nice big ath, great food and also has another cafe attached for extra coffee/snacks. Easy to get around Arusha and not far from Five Chutneys (if you want some amazing vego insian food)

The hotel is just wonderful! We had a room on the 15th floor with access to a terrace with a Mt.Meru view. Our room was spacious, airy and very well lit. Amenities were good too. The people were friendly, polite and helpful. We were totally jet lagged and fell off asleep during the evening hours only to wake up pretty late at night and realize we were hungry. The room service order came in and the food was good. The hotel even packed our breakfast as we were leaving very early next morning. The ATM within the hotel premises was such a help. Our stay at the Sanna Hotel was extraordinary. Our extended family of 10 had the most wonderful stay and the Sanna exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were welcoming and accommodating of any requests we had. The rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced beautifully daily. The rooftop cafe with breathtaking views to Mt Meru, is the perfect spot to socialise with others, or rejuvenate alone. Highly recommended. With much gratitude, and hope to return next time in Arusha.

At the first moment we came here we were amazed with this beautiful place with beautiful view of whole city and the Mount Meru! It was so nice to observe the sun set here. We had a lot of delicious food, nice service, great drinks. The portions were very generous.

We stayed at the Sanna for four nights on our first visit to Arusha. The rooms are enormous and well equipped (although we never quite worked out how the lights and aircon worked). You need to have really quick showers but the water reheats quickly. The views from the roof top are just stunning. But by fair the best feature of the hotel is the staff. Every morning they were genuinely interested in how we had slept and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely stay at the Sanna again.

From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in warmth and genuine hospitality that left an indelible mark on my heart. The staff are the epitome of friendliness and warmth. Each interaction, whether it was with the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, was filled with genuine smiles and a willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay memorable. It's rare to find a place where every member of the team seems to share the same passion for hospitality.

Overall a nice experience, staff was helpful at any moment when you needed them. My room had a good size and a beautiful view of Mount Meru. The breakfast was also delicious and a great rooftop from where you can see every part of Arusha. Would recommend it and visit again.

We stayed here for one night before a safari tour to Serengeti and again for two nights when we returned the following week. We had rooms on the 12th and 13th floors, and both times we had amazing views across Arusha to the mountains. The rooms were huge with a kettle, mugs, bottles of water, a safe, iron, ironing board and big flatscreen TV. The room had good AC. The bathroom had a nice modern shower, plus a spa bath. The bathroom would have benefitted from more space around the sink or a shelf to put all my cosmetics. The restaurant on the 14th floor had amazing views. The staff were very attentive and friendly. In the evening we went for dinner there and got pizza and beef burger, both of which tasted wonderful. For breakfast we had bacon, sausage, eggs, fried potatoes, mushrooms and tomato made to order, plus a plate of fresh watermelon and pineapple.
