(português abaixo) I stayed at the hotel on my last visit to Crete and thought it was worth it. The service is very attentive and always available, the hotel facilities are very good and the food is excellent. The rooms are a good size and looked very clean to me, which was a concern of mine because of COVID, but they are super approved. Plus, the mattresses looked fresh from the store...they were so good. What impressed me the most were the many swimming pools, the bar service, the wide variety of restaurants and the kindness of the staff. I would go back without a doubt. ________________________________ Fiquei no hotel na minha última visita à Creta e achei que vale a pena. O atendimento é bastante atencioso e estava sempre disponível, as instalações do hotel são muito boas e a comida é excelente. Os quartos tem bom tamanho e me pareceram bastante limpos, o que era uma preocupação minha por causa do COVID, mas eles estão super aprovados. Além disso, os colchões pareciam recém chegados da loja de tão bons. O que mais me impressionou foram as muitas piscinas, o serviço de bar, a grande variedade dos restaurantes e a gentileza do staff. Eu voltaria sem a menor dúvida!

We visited for 4 nights just as the hotel opened for the season. All in all this was a great place to chill.for a short break. Staff were all brilliant 5 out of 5. Food although the selection isn't huge the food was well cooked and tasty, especially enjoyed the Greek themed night. All inclusive drinks were not bad for local brands and drinks served in glass apart from of course around the pool which you expect. Location is nice beach at the front and 40 min or so walk to Hersonisos we enjoyed the walk but quite hilly on the way back for those less able but taxi can be arranged from hotel. The rooms are a little dated but we found the beds very comfy. The pools were freezing even though weather was very good for the time of year average of 23 or 24 each day. As start of season no entertainment on an evening and during the day only one bar open so you would want to be down by the main pool. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would return lots of different nationalities enjoying the hotel and a good vibe. No early rush either for a sun lounger which I always dread, not sure if that would be so easy in high season though.
