Avoid this hotel. It was horrible. I had booked two nights as the pictures online looked good. It’s a dump. I refused to stay there. It was dirty and dingy. Aircon was covered in about an inch of dust and cobwebs. Nothing about the place was clean or in good repair. The cockroaches were about 3 inches long

Me and my friend have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 20 years unfortunately we won't be staying there again upon arrival there wasn't anyone to check us in so I went for a beer in the bar below where one of the staff checked us in, in the morning I had a shower unfortunately there were no towels so I covered my manhud in a dirty t-shirt and asked the old lady on reception for some towels! "Sorry sir no clean towels you can have 2 dirty ones though" was her reply, there were holes in the bed linen we cleaned the rooms ourselves after buying products in SM mall nearby, we also had many guests unfortunately they weren't females they were rodent's 6 in total over 5 nights, the shower didn't work I washed with the bum gun. over all it wasn't clean and it needs major overhaul I'm very surprised reddoorz put there name to it.

Great stay. Quiet and relaxing. Paid extra for the jacuzzi hot tub but there was no hot water so did not use it.
