I used to love this hotel. Stayed here many times before the pandemic. Not as nice as it used to be. I think I might have been the only guest there or the first guest since they reopened. The water went out in the morning. They said it would be fixed in a couple hours. Eventually received a message saying the water couldn't be fixed. They told me they would change me to a different hotel. When I arrived back at the room I waited for almost an hour for someone to get there. I was not satisfied with the other hotel so I booked somewhere else. I sent messages and tried calling but many of the numbers I found were disconnected and the numbers that did work, I never received responses from. I hate leaving a bad review for this place, because it really was my favorite place two years ago.
