โนโวเทล อัมสเตอร์ดัม ซิตี้

สิ่งเดียวที่ดีเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมนี้คืออยู่ใกล้กับ Amsterdam RAI ด้วยรถไฟสายตรงไปยังสนามบิน ร้านอาหารที่ใกล้ที่สุดและซุปเปอร์มาร์ทอยู่ห่างออกไป 15 ถึง 20 นาทีโดยการเดิน โรงแรมเก่า การออกแบบห้องน้ำแสดงถึงอายุ ก๊อกน้ำอยู่ใกล้กับอ่างล้างจานตื้นมากจนเกือบจะทำให้ใครไม่อยากใช้ และการล้างมือเป็นกระบวนการที่ละเอียดอ่อน ไม่มีชั้นวางสำหรับวางอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำ และโถชักโครกต้องใช้ตะคริวที่ขาด้วยการเล่นโยคะ…..ไม่เหมาะสำหรับใครก็ตามที่ไม่ใช่นางแบบ คนทำความสะอาดจะลืม เราพัก 4 คืน วันที่สองไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้ให้ ทั้งๆ ที่เราทิ้งอันสกปรกไว้บนที่วางกระเป๋า) มีคนทิ้งพรมสีชมพูไว้ในวันที่สาม และเราพบแมลงคลานอยู่ในห้องในวันสุดท้ายของเรา ไม่มีแว่นตาในห้อง แต่มีถ้วยกระดาษขนาดเล็กให้แทน……..จำเป็นต้องปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและออกแบบห้องน้ำใหม่อย่างแน่นอน และสถานที่นี้ต้องการการกำจัดสัตว์รบกวนอย่างเต็มรูปแบบ

Great stay in Novotel Amsterdam City. This is more like a business hotel - high speed and stable wifi, generally clean, spacious, with in-room Nespresso coffee machine and shower amenities (using Ritual products!). Would be great if room slippers are included. Hotel is near to the convention centre, 15 minutes drive from airport and walking distance to the tram and metro. On the first or second day of our stay, realised the housekeeping was "half done" - the tablecloth on our desk, bed not done and bathroom not cleaned. Was quite worrying at first - we took it as a one-off mistake and didn't pursue. After which we are heartened by the prompt and efficient housekeeping :)

Service was great, the front desk staff came to serve us right away, and also got more staff to come out to serve my friend so we didn’t have to wait. Rooms were super clean. It’s more of a business hotel in a business district, but the area was nice and quiet and there are some restaurants and a shopping center around 10 min walk away. Overall would recommend!
