Second time staying there. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. Front desk staff professional and friendly.

This is our go to hotel when we come to Pittsburgh! Plenty of places to eat and shop. Easy access to 376 to get to downtown!

This was not a good experiencing. Starting with paying for parking. No security was provided for the open parking lot.
Next, regarding the room; the shower combo was awful the scum on the shower curtain ran into the tub while showering. The tub did not efficiently drain while showering the water just filled the tub. The water was not very hot. The tub water faucet was pulling away from the wall. There were no extra towels and wash cloth available. The toilet would continue to run after flushing.
The room decor was not appealing.
There was outside working on Saturday morning that was very annoying. No gave me notice that work was going to occurring and that my vehicle might be damage during the work. Saturday someone was having a part with loud music

Just a terrible experience overall at Sonesta Properties overall. This is my third bad experience and will never book with Sonesta ever again. My room had multiple flying insects and it was just dirty overall. Nothing was wiped down and everything was dusty. I travel at least once a month and this was the only property that wanted to charge me 40 bucks just for a hour later checkout. Staff just does not understand hospitality maybe because the brand just does not take care of its employees. I'm just tired of being let down by Sonesta and will no longer be staying at any of their properties.

Came here after leaving a bad hotel-Sonesta was 100 times better! Full kitchen and super clean! Wish the bed was bigger but other than that it was great!

We way over paid (650 ) for 2 nights .. to top it off when we checked out they charged us 10$ for parking ! This is a property in the middle of no where. No reason for charging for parking. They also said they only charge when you book with sites like *******.
I questioned why I was never told at check in and the manager said they will talk to the staff about I and make sure they do next time. I can assure you THERE WIL BE NO NEXT TIME FOR ME .

This hotel is very Basic. There are no real amenities to speak of. No coffee pot, vending machines although a few things can be purchased in the lobby. No ice vending machine. Our tv was very dark, it was hard to see the picture. There was a very bad smell in the hallway. Nice big bathroom and bed was very comfortable. I have paid less and received a lot more for the money. Won't stay again. Gentleman checking us in was very nice.
