Check in was quick and easy. The room was large and comfortable. The service at the food court was friendly and quick and the food was good and hot. Everything was very nice.

Had an amazing stay. We were there 3 nights, rooms were very clean and cozy. Best hotel bed we have ever slept on. Loved being able to explore the city during the day then the ****** at night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Check in was great, professional service. Valet was also great and courteous. The room was clean and spacious. Amenities were good. Will definitely stay again.

The doors for the adjoining rooms need to be resealed in order to minimize the noise. Chris and Theresa offered great customer service and moved us to a quieter room. We enjoyed our stay!

This was a nice stay. It was clean convient and nicely priced. The pool was overcrowded so we couldnt enjoy it. Happy the ****** was smoke free. Food at Embers steak house was good but a bit slow. Being Im from Texas my expectations on steak are different. Still it was good food.

This is our second stay at La Isleta. It's a beautiful property with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The staff are kind and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous and, if you like to gamble, there are fun options downstairs along with a food court, gift shop, and nice restaurant (closed M/T). We'd highly recommend it.

8AM Construction was happening in the building with no Respect at all. Could not sleep at all which was well needed. Super Annoyed and Dissatisfied with the stay.
