A beautiful hotel close to all amenities, very clean, two nice swimming pools, lovely rooms, great bar and restaurant, spacious hotel very close to the beach the staff are very friendly polite and helpful the manager Sezgin is a great guy excellent with the guests and very helpful, I recommend this hotel with the greatest of pleasure come and enjoy your holidays and all that beautiful Alanya has to offer

I have visited this hotel on several occasions, it's a lovely family hotel close to Cleopatra beach shops and all amenities, its very clean and very spacious with two nice swimming pools, lovely big restaurant and bar, the staff are friendly and polite and restaurant manager is very good and very welcoming to the guests, nothing is too much trouble, also shisa pipes you can try and there is plenty to do and see in Alanya, I recommend this hotel with pleasure enjoy your holidays

I came to this hotel with my son and grandchildren and we all liked it so much! It was not high season yet but we enjoy it! The food was great, cleaning perfect, all people working at the hotel were kind and helpful. The location is perfect and near everything you need. Will for sure come back soon! Thank you ⭐️

Just back from our holidays and we had the most amazing time! We were in a company of 4 generations from 5 to 75 years years old and each of us had brilliant time . The hotel location is just spotless, you can’t find any better- best beach just across the road, some shops nearby, close walking distance to the centre and local attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always diversity of food and drinks, the hotel itself is very compact and always had a welcoming comforting atmosphere . Highly recommended SPA in the hotel as well - definitely worth a visit.

Horrible experience, rooms was dirty, mold in the fridge, dirty sink and shower. Everywhere was sand. The staff is careless and services are really poor. The food was ok, but really limited choices. Food was not filled up regularly and it was important to come when the time of the meal started. It is not all inclusive. Such a limited amount of drinks to choose from. Over all hygiene, cleaning was very bad. Smelling toilets, often no toilet and paper towels. Staff was not helpful they did not even wanted to call me taxi, just said go outside of the hotel and take one. The hotel is in poor condition no one is fixing anything and they don’t care!!! I can’t believe that so many guests are here. We complained and exchanged the room but had to pay for upgrade. On the end we rather pay than be in worst room ever. The new room still was not standard we are used to but much better then the previous one. I would never ever come back here and I really recommend to chose a better hotel then this!!!

The stay in this hotel was great from the beginning until the end, the staff is very welcoming ,reception was so helpful &welcoming since the day 1. answered immediately at any questions we have.we will definetly come back again

Good value For your money.close to the sea and the city center, in the style of a clean boutique hotel, we really enjoyed it, I think everbody will enjoy it .Food was very good; over The average all inclusive level. Staff was friendly and everything worked as assumed. we will come again

It says it's a 4 star hotel, but it's more like 2. Don't go - or be aware of the bad standards. The location is GREAT, but thats about it. Staff is grumpy and not serviceminded at all. Bathroom get flooded every time you shower. You only get one key if you're two sharing a room. I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit this hotel. It smells like mold everywhere. You don't feel welcome here and very few understands english - which is OK - but not if you're working in the reception. Food is OK - but there's no description on what you're eating or not - so not a good place if you're having som food allergies.

Best service from atakan and ayse. Very nice people and helpfull. U Should ask for them when you are visiting this hotel in Alanya. Good good and good hotelcleaning. Nice drinks and nice turkish night with bellydancers and great music:)!!!
