This hotel was exceptional in all aspects. But most amazing guitarist every morning during breakfast was exceptional. Shabaz Khan you made my morning every morning. Thank You for a wonderful stay!

Whilst in Ahmedabad we stayed at the Courtyard for a lengthy 7 night stay and so got an intimate flavour of the hotel. The staff were patient and very accommodating and nothing was too much for them. The answer was always a polite ‘yes’, even if that meant spending a few hours to help guests with complicated requirements. The culinary range was impressive and we sampled the buffet dinner a few times during our stay. The restaurant ***ager, Mr Trivedi, was superb at taking care of all of our needs. My only one gripe is that on multiple occasions different staff asked us if we were ok with our stay and our meal and then asked for our room number. Doing so once would have been fine but 5 times during the same meal proved a bit much. Breakfast was well catered for with lots of choice. Live music in the lobby was provided by Shahbaz Khan who played the veena with excellence and enhanced our breakfast experience. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. As there are a lot of conferences the hotel does tend to get busy during the day. It would help if additional staff ***ned the concierge desk during these peak times. The staff were excellent when on duty but thinly spread. In fact at one point the front desk were so busy we had to get the bell boy trolley ourselves, load all of our luggage and even wheel it to our room ourselves. This was not exactly what one might expect from a 5 star hotel. Overall, I would consider a revisit given we had an enjoyable stay and I would recommend this hotel.

They have nicest team as per my experience. Kudos to Hansa from Front Desk helped me to get my charger back. Also my room was decorated by Emily, Nitesh and Shivam from housekeeping. They made my day. I forgot names of Breakfast staff. They are wonderful. It takes a lot to create team like this.

Worst experience of my life I went for dinner with my friends and there was no varieties of snacks and main course. 5 star hotel should have ***y varieties of snacks but they were making vada pav and dosa in dinner time and no beverages at all I must to say fully disappointed I don't think I may Come again in this hotel for any meal. We should had booked a table in a simple restro. Although head chef was very helpful he prepared some paneer tikka for us that was out of box. Once something is finished in buffet which was not replenish again till the closing time.

It was a comfortable stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Ramdev Nagar, Ahmedabad . We had booked 2 rooms, Rooms are comfortable and clean and spacious. Buffett food quality has improved. Maitri from Club Marriott helps us with seamless booking process. People like Maitri made this experience a memorable one for us. Thank you!

The staff at this hotel lack general training in hospitality and customer experience. Gujarat attracts lot of tourists and one expects better trained staff at a 5 star hotel . The last straw was I had booked a take away break fast the previous evening for pick up at 5.30 am . So at 5.15 am I called Mr Vinay at reception to ask if my bfast pick up was ready . He said yes it’s ready . So I next asked if it cd be then delivered to the room as I wd prefer to eat rather than carry . He said yes . So till 5.37 it hadn’t arrived , I came down as I had to take my cab to the airport . Mr Vinay had his ***ager too with him but not one word of apology from them for the delay instead he kept arguing that now the bfast has gone to the room ! Just shows lack of awareness of what is possible and understanding of the customer needs . Finally I left without the breakfast which arrived at 5.45 am and the reason was because they didn’t say the one little word “sorry for the delay mam, Pl take your breakfast “ I have paid for the breakfast which I never got ! This is not how you deal with a loyal mariott member customer !
