ดีมากครับ อาหารอร่อย ห้องพักดี พนักงานดี ตอนกลางคืนเดินออกไปช้อปปิ้งได้ ใกล้แหล่งชุมชน สามารถเดินไปเที่ยวได้แบบดี พวกอาหารคืออร่อย ที่พักหลับสบาย พนักงานดี เดินไปไหนมาไหนได้ตินกลางคืน อาหารอร่อย ที่พักสบาย

Great ambience and awesome food , everything is perfect .The rooms were neat , food was tasty and staff :Mr Dinesh/Mr Jeetu /Mr Karan and Mr ***ish/Mr Shailendra had given us good respect was a great experience in the terrace . All are great and the hospitality has no words to express . Good luck

Thank you Jeeshan. We just stay one night to visit the Taj Mahal and it is enough. Rooms are beautifull and accommodations too. The rest of the hotel is ok. Spa massage is good too. No any comments about our stay ……………………………………………………………………..

Great service at the Grand Mercure Hotel in Agra. The staff was very attentive to our needs. I would like to give a thank you to our server Jeeshan for giving us extra care during our breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of traveling to Agra!

The most comfortable bed I have slept in and food is just amazing. Chef Ch*** took care of my omelette as well as my masala dosa which was simply amazing. I would highly recomend sleep and food here as they provide great continental and local options. I was able to find a dairy free cappuccino as well, after a month in India!! Highly attentive to all dietary requirements they also provide gluten free food. I could go on and on on how good this is, but you need to try for yourself. Place is on front of metro station which with 20 INR takes you to most places.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is extremely comfortable and perfectly located. The duty ***ager, Mr Karan, is really helpful and kind. Our room was amazing and our check in was smooth and friendly. We had a view of the Taj Mahal! The facilities were first class, pools, rooftop bar, magic show, puppet show. Checkout was quick and smooth, thanks to Mr Vibhu. Recommended for a stay here - best hotel of the trip:-)
