Hotel en excelente ubicacion muy centrico, en cuanto a los alimentos son buenos y sirven suficiente, considero que el servicio del personal no es el mejor los meseros muy poco amables y un pèsimo servicio al cliente. Las instalaciones tienen muchos años y el mobiliaro del lugar no es muy agradable (necesita una renovacion de mobiliario urgente), los elevadores obsoletos tuve que esperar hasta 40 minutos para bajar sobre todo a la hora de check in.

Tiene buena ubicación, pero no era lo que esperaba, el tipo de habitación no correspondió con lo que había reservado, además de que son cuartos con accesorios descuidados y viejos, el agua de la alberca sucia, me percaté que existen mejores opciones con el mismo precio.

Furniture is super old and rusted, towels are REALLY OLD smell humid, NO HAND TOWELS OR shampoo or soap. They don’t offer any amenities. Wall lamps rusted and falling apart. Not even one decoration in any wall. Sofa bed old and dirty. Rooms smell humid. Front desk is falling apart old and not welcoming!!! I think this place used to be beautiful but it’s never been updated. The pool is rusted all around.
Simply disappointing!!!

The location is perfect, the hotel facilities are old, the furniture in the rooms is broken, the towels are too old, there are no sockets to connect the telephone, only in the sink.

I LIKE THE SERVICE THE PLACE AROUND THE HOTEL, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING
FURNITURE TOO OLD, AND I DIDN'T GET WIFI SERVICE, BAD WIFI SERVICE NEVER GET WIFI, NO IN THE LOBBY NOT IN THE RESTAURANT,
THEY NEED TO UP DATE THOSE SERVICE 😡

This hotel is extremely old and dirty, seems it hasn’t been restored or updated since its opening. The bathroom tub was amazingly rusty, the curtains didn’t work. Hair dryer and iron available only if you sign a document and they telling you that you need to give them back, that’s ridiculous. This is a hotel that I will NEVER come back and that I DO NOT recommend at all.

The property looks old, they painted over the old paint and the paint was cracking. Pool chairs are faded and yellowish. TV's did not work they had to change the TV.
My air conditioning did not work and they came to fix it twice but it was still the same.
