|1.05km กม.จากตัวเมืองStayed for 4 nights during Feb and booked the ”studio room”. Load of horse sh*t. May as well have asked a random person if I can stay in their flat. It's an annex built in the middle of tall buildings with no charm/vibe at all. Good look getting a view of the sky. The pictures look fine online, until your in the room and find marks all over the walls, holes and peeling plaster board. Cherry on the cake was having a window which overlooks a white wall. Their entire ”24hr reception” is also horse sh*t. They rely on emails to communicate and I was not sent anything before arriving. In these emails are your codes to the app and building. There is no physical reception its all done through an app you have to download, good luck if you don't have phone data/WIFI. Your put through to a call centre to enter the building and they call the shots. Probably because they're too scared to face people for their crap service so they send the one minion who works there who turns up when she wants and keeps you waiting all day on a holiday you've been looking forward too. So any requests you have wont be dealt with until pigs fly. A room was requested at no charge due to their complete lack of organisation, timeliness a failure to accommodate our needs and provide us with correct information which led to booked experiences to be cancelled. They were unwilling to do so we were forced to pay more. All in all a complete dumpster fire of a hotel with the worst management and organisation I've ever seen. Cancel your booking if you've made one. Don't give them your hard earned money, they don't deserve it.

Very secure with code to enter the building and then the hotel itself. The hotel is kind of like low-key about six rooms, but the rooms are very spacious and clean and modern with very comfortable, king-size beds and clean sheets clean towels and hot water. The staff is very friendly. It is not staffed all day, but if you’re just visiting the city for tourism and seeing the sites this is a perfect spot to stay if you don’t care about hotel amenities. Extremely reasonably priced, actually very cheap per American standards. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to see the city on foot and have a clean room at a decent price!

The room was a lot smaller than the pictures show, a tight squeeze when the sofa bed is pulled out and the pillows are lumpy but it was clean, has a good shower and the air-con is silent. The continental breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and friendly. The minibar and snacks provided on the first day are included in the room price but there was only 2 small bottles of sparkling water with 2 cans of beer and 2 soft drinks, no bottled drinking water was provided so we had to go to a shop for that. Overall it’s a nice hotel, I’m not sure of the average room prices in Valencia but for 2 adults and a 14yr old €400/night seems excessive, we assumed that by reserving a junior suite might have provided more space but that could be the standard in this beautiful Spanish city.

Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable since the toilet was in a corner, but shower pressure and hot water were good. Room was hot, had to open the windows.

Cuando mi agencia solicita un cambio de agenda de un mes a otro, por motivos de salud, la respuesta es tajante: la tarifa es no reembolsable (no se pide esto, sino que se cambie la fecha) y la cancelación es con el 100% del pago (no se trata de cancelar) Finalizada la última reserva dejo por escrito que me voy del hotel. En 2024, en lugar de 2 noches al mes serán 4, y en lugar de 1 persona, viajamos 3. El no cambiar esas fechas, y cobrar ”por normas absurdas” dos noches más, van a perder más de 90 en este año próximo... Y otras tantas, pues la agencia, se abstendrá de usar este hotel para sus clientes. Respuesta del Hotel: llamada para ”explicar sus normas y culpabilizar a la agencia y a mi misma de la situación”. Bravo por sus normas, Bravo por su atención al Cliente, Bravo por ser un gran ejemplo de cómo se hace una nefasta Atención al Cliente. por cierto: La foto que acompaña el hotel en Tripadvisor debe ser un error. Esa habitación, si existe en el hotel, no es la que tú vas a disfrutar como cliente.

There was daily housekeeping and our rooms were spotless. It is very close to bus stop and shops nearby. The only thing that would have been good to have was hot water kettle for tea and coffee, which but overall, its an excellent hotel and affordable.

A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

|0.88km กม.จากตัวเมืองLovely hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the beautiful Turia Park and the same distance to the cathedral (providing you don't get lost which we did the first time!!). Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a balcony. Only concern was the lack of cupboard space. Kettle was provided but the tea was camomile and no milk. We took our own tea and coffee and just asked for a jug of milk each day which they were happy to give us. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Right from the start they answered our e mails promptly and their English is great. They booked taxis for us from and to the airport. . Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. However there were occasions when there was nobody around and we had to go hunt for someone to get us coffee or milk for our cereal. A jug of milk by the cereal would have saved some of that. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very clean and very modern the staff were very helpful. I was in a lot of distress as I had a lot going on and I missed my flight and because of this I left so much of my stuff in the hostel by mistake. The staff kept it safe for 6 months for me and even packaged it up for me and measured it ready to be collected by a shipment company for me. I am beyond happy about this. I would definitely recommend as it is close to everything especially the train station, and the staff are very helpful, thank you so much, I would definitely return if ever in Valencia, and this time not leave my stuff lol

Everything was great, however, I would have liked that the AC cools more, because it was controlled and was almost hot. Out of that, all goes ok and we enjoy our stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and also the service. The front desk personnel, also excellent. Highly recommended hotel. (Note - visit the near Saler shopping center and eat in ”Muerde La Pasta”. Very good buffet.)

We ate out at the square for breakfast which was a few minutes walk away would highly recommend the cafes on the square. We never had anyone come and make up our room whilst we stayed not sure if they should have or not but it wasn't a problem for us. Unfortunately on checking out we left my sons Samsung headphones outside the safe in the wardrobe, we didn't realise until we were eating breakfast, so a quick trip back to the apartments and very helpful reception staff took us back to the apartment but the room had already been cleaned by the cleaners and no headphones in sight. They asked the cleaners if they had found them and they said no. We know exactly where we left them so someone had definitely taken them. The reception staff were very helpful and even took me down to shake out where the old sheets were just to see if they had been left on the bed. We are 100% sure they were left near the safe. It was a sad end to an excellent stay at this property as someone was being dishonest, and it ruined our last few hours in Valencia. It was our fault as we left them in the room but you would have thought someone would have had the decency to own up to taking them when cleaning the room. Apart from that I would recommend this accommodation as it is very clean great location. Just make sure your valuable are locked up when not in the room, ad that you take everything on your departure.

Implanté dans un quartier calme avec très peu de circulation. L'immeuble est moderne, décoré avec goûts et assez épuré. La réception et le hall donnent le ton dès votre arrivée. Personnel ouvert et professionnel. Les appartements sont spacieux et confortables. La literie est bonne et le nettoyage était parfait. La salle de bain était grande avec une douche à l'italienne. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Rien à redire. Nous conseillons sans aucune hésitation. Nous avions pris la formule repas en petit-déjeuner qui est un peu décevante. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans une cafétaria sur le coin. Le lieu est bien mais le choix est limité tout comme les quantités. Possibilité uniquement de choisir une seule assiette (oeufs brouillés, toast au saumon, toast à l'avocat, toast sucré nutella/poire/noix, etc) et on est resté sur notre faim. Les quantités sont clairement à revoir. Nous ne recommandons pas la formule petit-déjeuner pour les bons mangeurs. Nous étions 4 femmes et à l'unanimité, nous avions encore faim après avoir mangé l'assiette. Les viennoiseries sont en supplément. La situation géographique est bonne pour visiter la vieille ville (20 minutes à pied) et la nouvelle (13 minutes à pied). Il se situe proche du grand parc (2 minutes à pied) au milieu de la ville donc vous y passez automatiquement quel que soit les visites que vous ferez... Ce parc est long et traverse une grande partie de la ville, un vrai bonheur pour les amateurs de vélo, de marche, de course à pied, de roller, etc.

The bathroom was a fair size but could get very slippy and no gripping for showering which could be a problem for elderly or less mobile guests. The breakfast was buffet style. There was some choice in cereals, toast, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and a drinks machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would have preferred more egg choices such as scrambled. The downside was the loud music from an open air nightclub nearby. This would go on until 3am. Staff, with one exception, who worked in the restaurant were nice and friendly.

Very central and staff go above and beyond to male your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We booked the Duluxe Double room with hot tub. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Slippers and Gowns included too! We didn't eat in the restaurant, as we were out and about so much but from what we could see it was very nicely decorated and the menu looked good! Highly recommend a stay with You & Co Boutique. We will be returning for sure!

|0.15km กม.จากตัวเมืองLocation is perfect. Just outside you can find many restaurants, shops and plazas. Really easy to find the nearest metro station. From the hotel location everything is really close to reach. Room is not quite spacious but it’s nice and clean. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the rooms beside but nothing to noisy.
I included breakfast for every morning. They have coffee machines, pastries, bread and cereals, cheese and ham, juices, yogurt and different kinds of milk.
If you don’t include breakfast, there’s a bakery and many restaurants just outside the hotel so you can figure out.
The staff was nice and kind.

The location was great as it is just across the street from a main subway stop, and then it is also walkable to many bus stops in the area and other great locations. The room was simple, clean and ideal for us to have a table for dining and or working and a small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We cooked minimally in the kitchen, but everything was there for you to make it work, and grocery stores in the area are nearby and easy to find. A/C was great, it was secure, and check in/out were easy as well. The only area of improvement for this price range would be the internet. It was slow at times likely due to sharing in the building with others, but it was ok for a week. Just not ideal if you are broadcasting over video and require perfect experience.

A quick walk brought you to the main squares with gorgeous bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere except to the beach. Stayed in room 101 which was v clean, beds v comfortable and pillows good. Mattresses encased in a metal frame which was V close to the wall and we banged our legs off it every time. V little space between the bed and wall with TV on. Right beside the lift and stairs. V noisy A/C. Bathroom lovely, shower excellent but the sink was in the bedroom as opposed to being in the bathroom. Room V dark with no natural light. Soundproofing excellent, we heard no noise from the street below, wardrobes are these new modern type so lots of open shelves but nowhere to hang a dress or long shirt. Safe and fridge with products to buy but we filled it with water and wine. Breakfast fine, fresh eggs, hams, cheeses etc. Something for everyone. We stayed as a group of 8 and were able to find space to sit together in the back room beside the kitchen. Staff were excellent. For the price and location I would return but I would prob upgrade to a better room.

|2.18km กม.จากตัวเมืองNice Boutique hotel. The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable & the bathroom clean. The electrical plug points were accessible which for me was important. There was no work table & that was an issue. I was there for 1 night & hence managed to adjust. The restaurant was really the best part of the stay. I had a vegan burger & it was really nice. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay.
