We were a group booking occupying more than 10 rooms from 4-6 Feb. Multiple people in our group have bad experiences from the front office staff, specially the night manager on 2 Feb and the morning manager on 3 Feb. Their rude and indifferent responses to simple queries and requests by guests were appalling. We were the bride's party travelling for the wedding reception. The whole experience from the front desk staff definitely soured the guest's mood for some time. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.

My boyfriend and i stayed here during travel-ling and i have to tell you that this is the best choice if you are looking for a neat and calm stay that too for an affordable rate. It is near to sm street, walkable distance to beach and surrounded by many restaurants. The staffs were very friendly and were good at service. The room was also cozy. Will definitely choose again whenever in need of a stay in kozhikode.
