ขอเริ่มต้นด้วยว่าพนักงานต้อนรับหน้าฟร้อนท์สุดยอด สุภาพมีประสิทธิภาพและตรงจุดกับการบริการของพวกเค้า มันเป็นทางลงเนินทั้งหมดจากที่นั่น ะ ” บริเวณอาหารเช้ามีโต๊ะเก้าอี้ทั้งหมดผลักขึ้นกับผนังจึงไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ เครื่องทํากาแฟก็หายไป, เย็นพร้อมเครื่องดื่มเย็น(สําหรับซื้อ) ก็ว่างเปล่า, เครื่องทําน้ําแข็งเสียบปลั๊ก, สระว่ายน้ําปิด, ห้องออกกําลังกายถูกปิด1ALL IN THE NAME OF COVID ไปด้านบนนั้น คนที่ ”เสิร์ฟ” อาหารเช้า ไม่ได้มี 1 แต่อุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ 2 เครื่อง ใช้เวลาของเธอและขัดจังหวะเธอ ทําให้การหมุนตาของเธอ ไม่ได้ ”ช่วยอะไรได้บ้าง โปรด, หรืออะไรที่คล้ายกับการบริการลูกค้า เธอก็ค่อยๆลุกขึ้นมาพูดว่า ”ต้องการอะไร” ซึ่งเราก็ต้องถามว่าตัวเลือกคืออะไร ไม่มีน้ําผลไม้(น้ําผลไม้ต้องเกิดจาก Covid) กาแฟ self-serve ก็มีบริการแล้วทําไมไม่ช่วงกลางวันและเย็นๆ โต๊ะหนึ่งที่ใหญ่เกินไปดันไปกระแทกกําแพงเก็บสกปรกไว้เลยไม่มีใครอยากใช้ แชร์ลิฟท์กับแขกอีกคนผมคอมเม้นว่าพนักงานเสริฟหยาบคายขนาดไหน แขกอีกคนหัวเราะและพูดว่า ”ฮา! วันนี้เธออารมณ์ดีคุณน่าจะมาเมื่อวานนี้!” ดิฉันยังทักทายพนักงานทําความสะอาดด้วย ”สวัสดีครับ” เท่านั้นถึงจะเป็นดิฉันด้วยสายตา ผมพัก 2 คืนเพื่อติดต่อธุรกิจแต่คงเปลี่ยนไปถ้าเป็นตัวเลือก ใช้Covid เป็นข้ออ้างตัดบริการของคุณมันน่ารังเกียจ โรงแรมอื่นใน Charlotte มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบแต่ด้วยความระมัดระวัง สถานที่เป็นมุขตลกและผมจะไม่กลับมาอีก ไม่เคย!
