Traffic was terrible but the staff offered off street parking for $15 which we jumped on. Room was small but spotlessly clean. They serviced the room daily. Desk people went above and beyond in making arrangements for tours and suggesting places to eat and visit. The continental breakfast was well prepared and displayed. View from that terrace overlooking the city. When you first get into the area, you have concerns about the neighborhood. Once you are settled, realize that it’s the graffiti everywhere but the area itself is average folk…Just like us! Within walking distance of old town and pedestrian shopping street.

Sem dúvida alguma temos de agradecer em especial ao Pablo por tornar a nossa experiência em Vigo inesquecível. A atenção, o profissionalismo, a simpátia.. mesmo estando com muito trabalho estava sempre disposto a ajudar. E agradecemos também por terem facilitado um late check-out assim deu para ficar mais tempo na cidade e disfrutar. Pequeno-almoço muito bom. Quarto bonito e harmonioso, sem defeitos. We stayed there for one night. The front desk employees were very helpful, friendly and answer all our questions, they also share their personal favorite spots in the area. The room was big and very clean. The only negative was that the bathroom shower enclosure was old and let a lot of water out while we took a shower getting the whole floor wet. Other than that, everything was excellent!

The most outstanding quality of the hotel is its attentative personnel, in particular the waiters at the restaurant. The prices for accommodation are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet is quite ok. The food offered for lunch is excellent and its price unbeatable. Much like the hotel, the rooms have the air of the typical hotels built in the 70s or 80s. Even if you don't like this type of architecture, you will find clean and well equipped rooms. The room service is very good. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area a bit far from the centre of Vigo (about 10 to 15 mins. by car or bus). However, the nice and cosy village of Bouzas is in walking distance (about 10 to 15 mins.)! There you find excellent tapas bars, pubs (even a craft beer pub), and very good restaurants. There is also a nice promenade along the sea. Try to get a room located in backside of the hotel (opposite to the entrance). There you have a at least view to the sea and, well, onto the roof of the nearby supermarket, which is quite excellent btw.

Ubicación muy buena prácticamente en el puerto de la ciudad. La habitación muy cómoda y bien distribuida, contando además con una pequeña terraza-balcon con vistas al exterior. Lo mejor, el trato de la chica de recepción, muy atenta y agradable, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas y aconsejandonos lugares para aparcar como alternativa a los parkings públicos (bastante caros en esa zona) y buenos sitios para comer y visitar. Hotel modesto dentro de sus características pero cumpliendo perfectamente las expectativas puestas en él. Volveremos si hay oportunidad.

El hotel es genial. Está súper bien situado, las habitaciones están muy bien, camas y almohadas cómodas, baños espaciosos y limpios. El servicio de recepción maravilloso, muy amables, con detalle navideño final 😍. Por poner un pero... El desayuno estaba incluido y no es buffet, por lo que se me quedó algo escaso aunque no fue mal desayuno. Si lo que te interesa es la playa, te pilla bastante lejos, si en cambio quieres ver luces de navidad o pasar unos días en la ciudad... Este es tu sitio.

Stayed here for one night after a full day of hiking the Camino. The hotel is just outside the city centre but there are plenty of restaurants around (although lots are closed on a Monday). We chose to go to Bar Imperial, you must visit, it’s about a 10 minute walk from the hotel but worth it! When we arrived the staff were helpful and the rooms were clean, comfortable and warm. Which was just what we needed after hiking all day in the rain. The breakfast in the morning was great, a buffet with plenty to choose from. A mixture of cereals, cakes, meat, bread. If I were being picky, the bathroom (the bath in particular) was a little dirty and they were understaffed in the morning as the bar was full of pilgrims all hiking the Camino wanting to fuel up for the day, the waiter probably needed some help. Apart from that it was a very comfortable stay in a great location!

This is an amazing hotel. Everything is spotless and the staff is so nice, funny, polite, and simply adorable. I first got there before checkin time, and was directed by super professional and sweet Enrique to their beautiful cafe/bar area where smiling Ruth treated me like a queen. Shift change came and Patricia was so sweet and nice. Patricia informed me of the cafe/bar time table, always with a smile. Enrique checked me in and I went to my room. Oohhh room fired fire a Queen. Took a shower and laid down on the best bed ever! Woke up and went to dinner downstairs where adorable Salvador tended to all my requests and gave me nice conversation. Next morning, breakfast was ready super early and it was delicious. An array of beautifully presented breakfast items plus the sweetest orange segments on earth! There was Ruth again, who without words understood my need for a delicious Cafe con leche. Overall this was an outstanding stay and will return. Thank you for a sido stay.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I had an interior room and the window was very small. Especially if you anticipate jetlag and find light helpful to adjust, this room type may not be for you. In the room there was a refrigerator with minibar items. And an espresso machine. Also a tea kettle. The English of the people at the front desk was good. And I was able to check in early, which was much appreciated after travel.

Perfectly located in the middle of the old city, just in front to the Alameda Praza de Compostela, with modern, fair sized and well equipped rooms with jacuzzi, safebox, minibar, bathrobes, sandals, etc. Every member of the staff has been kind and helpful, therefore our two-nights stay was really pleasant. It's a good hotel because of it's Location anyways it need a bit of work in the rooms. During the stay, which it was winter, the rooms were a bit cold and the heating was for the whole building so you can not turn it on when you need it. The bathroom needs a bit of work and the internet does not work at all even after talking to the Reception few times, the signal was not strong enough. I hope they can fix these issues because they are in a good location and the rooms are good size.
