After reading plenty of bad reviews we were concerned about our organized trip to the BUGA 23 (we had no choice of the hotel). ⭐ Location ⭐ : Mercure is right in front of the main entrance ”Luisenpark” to the BUGA 🌺🌹🌻 Perfect for us 👍 Walking to the nice Wasserturm & city centre takes around 25 minutes. Good PT options very close by (Tram 6). Check in: fast and friendly, check out also. Room: on the 4th floor, kind of worn out/abgewohnt but clean enough. Some items missing (towel, glass) , but quickly solved with front desk. Soap and shampoo ok. Restaurant: BF was ok, fresh food and enough choice. Buffet dinner for our group was good, especially the anti pasti/hors d'oeuvres buffet, which had an Italian/French touch👍 Service: restaurant&bar, very friendly and caring German waiter who served us (Bier&Weissburgunder) with a smile.... even late in the evening after we came back from the Joy Fleming musical 👍 Wifi: perfect, no problem with connection/data usage.

We had spent our trip staying at this hotel unfortunately on the Saturday night there was an event so the parking was full . We had to pay the fees in advance so I did ask for refund at the reception as we parked on the street.The lady was rude from beginning and extremely unhelpful, told us to send an email . No one came back to us after 4 weeks we still waiting for our money. I can’t believe that a guest is being ignored like that !!!!! Then they are cleaning the rooms every second day that means every second day we needed to go down to ask for new towels etc. The receptionist very unpleasant person insulted other guests by calling them ossis ( the easten guys) , as they had a slightly accent . They were so shocked that they didn’t know what to say . Very unprofessional and not at all welcoming!!!!! There are plenty other great hotels in Mannheim where guests are welcome and get the value for their money.

ในการเดินทางไปยังสาธารณรัฐเช็กจากฝรั่งเศสเราพักที่โรงแรมนี้สองขา ไปเช็กเราประทับใจกับห้องพักและหนุนเดียวของเราคือต้องไปที่บาร์เพื่อสั่งอาหารในร้านอาหารฝั่งตรงข้ามของชั้น ๆ เราได้แจ้งว่านี่เพราะเค้าจัดเลี้ยงประชุม!! นอกจากนั้นห้องเราที่ชั้นสองก็น่ารัก เร็วเข้า 6 วัน และรูปอีกแบบ! ห้อง 126 ถูกจัดสรรให้เราแต่พออยากติดต่อกับ Reception พบว่าโทรศัพท์ใช้ไม่ได้ จากนั้นพอเข้าห้องน้ําพบว่ามีสารเหนียวที่จับประตูที่ไม่รู้ตัว าม ต่อมาได้รู้ว่าโรงแรมแบบนี้ไม่มีร้านอาหารเปิดในคืนวันอาทิตย์!! เกิดอะไรขึ้น?? ไม่ประทับใจ Paula พนักงานต้อนรับซึ่งแม้จะรีบแก้ไขข้อบกพร่องของห้องพักโดยย้ายเราไปอยู่อีกห้องทันทีก็ไม่ประทับใจแขกของเธอมากนักตัดสินด้วยเสียงของเธอ!! ไม่ใช่การต้อนรับที่อบอุ่นแน่นอน!!

Das Hotel liegt im Mannheimer Ortsteil ”Oststadt” und liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse zur Mannheimer Innenstadt gelegen. Der Name zum Hotel ist Programm im gesamten Hotel ＞＞ es wird im Hotel gezeigt, wie Wohnen bei Tanten oder Omas gehen soll. Es hat einen ganz speziellen Flair, welchen dieses Hotel an die Gäste aussendet. Bei Check-In wird man durch die Mitarbeiter durch Einladung eines Eierlikörs begrüßt - tolle Geste... Wer mit öffentlichen unterwegs ist, hat direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle. Hotel liegt in einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse zur Innenstadt von Mannheim und zum Wasserturm sind es vom Hotel, laut deren Angaben 1,2 km. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel gelegen. Parken kann man an Sonntagen/Feiertagen unentgeltlich in den Seitenstraßen des Hotels. Zimmer aufgemacht im typischen Tante Alma Stil ... einladend und eine Zeit, die wie damals war - schön. Generell sind wir durchaus aufgeschlossen, diesem Hotelstil - ABER - die Sauberkeit im Bad, an den Armaturen am Handwaschbecken und an der Dusche waren in keinster Form hinnehmbar. An besagten Armatur-Teilen ＞ Handwaschbecken und an der Dusche, waren sehr starke Schmutz-Anhaftungen, die uns zeigten, dass hier leider schon länger niemand mehr richtig geputzt hat. In der Dusche passend zum Hotel-Konzept, gab es einen Duschvorhang - aber für die heutige Zeit von der Grundsauberkeit nicht mehr up to date. Aufgrund des ”Schmotters” an den Armarturen, wie wir es umgangssprachlich nennen, haben wir aus persönlichen Gründen aufs Duschen verzichtet. Am nächsten Morgen als wir auscheckten, haben wir diesen enormen Sauberkeitsmangel an der Rezeption angesprochen und ich wollte, dem männlichen Rezeptionisten, gerne ein Bild hiervon zeigen. Umgehend, gab dieser an, dass er unsere Reklamation durchaus verstehe und er uns dies auch so glaubt und wir ihm keine Bilder hierzu zeigen müssen. Daher gehe ich aus den Worten davon aus, dass der Sauberkeits-Standard im Hause durchaus bereits bekannt ist. Aufgrund dessen, auch wenn das Zimmer, durchaus seinen Charme hat, mit welchem wir auch leben konnten, Sauberkeit ist das A & O in einem Hotel und muss gegeben sein. Zimmer 422 - Alma's Gästezimmer Aufgrund der Reaktion des Check-Out-Mitarbeiters am Abreisetag, gehen wir davon aus, aufgrund der Wortwahl, dass dieser von der Sauberkeit durchaus informiert ist, bzw. er unsere Reklamation weitergibt.

Auf Geschäftsreise haben wir eine Nacht im Hotel Luise übernachtet. Da wir sehr spät ankamen (2.30 Uhr) , musste uns die Security einchecken. Das war kein Problem und der Herr war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The expectation was to get a night of rest and carry on with my daily routine. To my surprise, the manager (male spoke Spanish) took the time to get to know me and the other people on my team. This gave me the trust that I was not alone and there was people that care for foreigners. The front staff was very professional and always on guard to our needs. The cleanup crew were very respectful and courteous. I would definitely bring my family to this hotel if I ever were in Germany again. In conclusion, EXCELLENCE is the banner in which they were to be described.

Mit positiven Erwartungen bin im Rahmen einer Tagung für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel gewesen; Ergebnis sehr ernüchternd. Betonen will ich gern daß das Personal ausnahmslos sehr angenehm und bemüht war. Das Zimmer war riesig, mit rechts alten Möbeln vollgestellt und überwiegend funktional. Es besteht definitiv ein deutlicher Renovierungsstau der so ziemlich Alles betrifft. Manches ist schlichtweg defekt (Toilettenpapierhalter fällt ständig runter, Garderobenhaken sind abgerissen, Aussenjalousie defekt etc.) und das Meiste ist völlig überaltert. Sauber war es. Unverschämt war daß mit der Begründung daß das Wetter zu unstet sei die Klimaanlage nicht zentral eingeschaltet war. Das Wetter war sehr konstant und von Tag zu Tag in Richtung 30 Grad wärmer. Mit der Klimaanlage wird geworben - hier ergo ein klarer Etikettenschwindel und eine Täuschung zulasten des auch dafür zahlenden Gastes. Meinen Kollegen in anderen Zimmern ging es genauso. Daher Mangelhaft und keinerlei Empfehlung !

ฉันพักที่นี่สองคืนเพื่อทํางานและไม่สามารถตําหนิได้ ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ - ถัดจากสถานีรถไฟ ห้องนอนของฉันมีขนาดใหญ่และมีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและคุณสามารถเห็นทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของเมือง อาหารเช้าดีมาก - ไม่ใช่ตัวเลือกมากมาย แต่โดยพื้นฐานแล้วคุณต้องการทุกอย่าง สต็อกในสถานที่มีสต็อกที่ดีและราคาสมเหตุสมผล พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี ครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันทํางานในพื้นที่นี้ฉันจะอยู่ที่นี่อย่างแน่นอน

The room I was in was nice, spacious and comfortable with a pleasant appeal. Unique mini bar outside the room that was centrally located one step to the left when exiting the elevator. Customer service was excellent. Employees made me feel welcome as if i was a member of their team. Great experience!! Most definitely a do again!!

The Mercure Mannheim Rathaus is a bit dated but still OK and very practical / functional for a stay in Mannheim. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Clean. Access with public transit is a bit tricky, either a 25-minute walk from the main station or a combination of tram / walk. Arriving by car is much easier, they have a garage (do not know about the cost though). One nice things for a stay during the summer period: you can open the windows at the hotel for fresh air. Downside: there was no vault in the room.

.... ห้องพักในโรงแรมใหญ่มากเตียงนอนสบาย แต่... ความร้อนสูงเกินไปและไม่มีโอกาสควบคุมอุณหภูมิ เราต้องนอนด้วยหน้าต่างที่เปิดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่านอนหลับสบาย กระทบทั้งโรงแรม เลยไม่รําคาญเปลี่ยนห้อง ประตูยังทํางานด้วยกุญแจ การขออันที่ 2 แสดงถึงความท้าทายที่ไม่สามารถทําได้กับพนักงานต้อนรับยื่นกุญแจสามตัว ทั้งหมดไม่ทํางาน เลยทิ้งไว้ เมื่อเช็คเอาท์แจ้งว่า Booking และ Agoda ยังคงจัดประเภท propertyให้เป็น 4* พร้อมสระว่ายน้ํา ปิดถาวรส่งผลให้ลดเกรดเป็น 3 * ไม่ได้ชื่นชมกับการบรรยายโดยพนักงานต้อนรับบอกเธอเรื่องที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ชื่นชมน้ําเสียงของเธอ โรงแรมต้องปรับปรุงบริการและการบํารุงรักษาอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ

Wir waren mit unserer Enkelin hier und waren zufrieden. Ins geräumige Doppelzimmer wurde ein Zusatzbett gestellt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Das Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Preis - Leistung stimmen. Allerdings liegt das Hotel weit ab vom Schuss und die Bushaltestelle ist am Wochenende nicht in Betrieb. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 700 m entfernt. Sowohl für den Besuch der BuGa als auch für einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt muss man einige Lauferei einkalkulieren. Mit Koffern haben wir deshalb lieber ein Taxi genommen.

Das Hotel liegt im Mannheimer Ortsteil ”Oststadt” und liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse zur Mannheimer Innenstadt gelegen. Der Name zum Hotel ist Programm im gesamten Hotel ＞＞ es wird im Hotel gezeigt, wie Wohnen bei Tanten oder Omas gehen soll. Es hat einen ganz speziellen Flair, welchen dieses Hotel an die Gäste aussendet. Bei Check-In wird man durch die Mitarbeiter durch Einladung eines Eierlikörs begrüßt - tolle Geste... Wer mit öffentlichen unterwegs ist, hat direkt vor dem Hotel eine Bushaltestelle. Hotel liegt in einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse zur Innenstadt von Mannheim und zum Wasserturm sind es vom Hotel, laut deren Angaben 1,2 km. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel gelegen. Parken kann man an Sonntagen/Feiertagen unentgeltlich in den Seitenstraßen des Hotels. Zimmer aufgemacht im typischen Tante Alma Stil ... einladend und eine Zeit, die wie damals war - schön. Generell sind wir durchaus aufgeschlossen, diesem Hotelstil - ABER - die Sauberkeit im Bad, an den Armaturen am Handwaschbecken und an der Dusche waren in keinster Form hinnehmbar. An besagten Armatur-Teilen ＞ Handwaschbecken und an der Dusche, waren sehr starke Schmutz-Anhaftungen, die uns zeigten, dass hier leider schon länger niemand mehr richtig geputzt hat. In der Dusche passend zum Hotel-Konzept, gab es einen Duschvorhang - aber für die heutige Zeit von der Grundsauberkeit nicht mehr up to date. Aufgrund des ”Schmotters” an den Armarturen, wie wir es umgangssprachlich nennen, haben wir aus persönlichen Gründen aufs Duschen verzichtet. Am nächsten Morgen als wir auscheckten, haben wir diesen enormen Sauberkeitsmangel an der Rezeption angesprochen und ich wollte, dem männlichen Rezeptionisten, gerne ein Bild hiervon zeigen. Umgehend, gab dieser an, dass er unsere Reklamation durchaus verstehe und er uns dies auch so glaubt und wir ihm keine Bilder hierzu zeigen müssen. Daher gehe ich aus den Worten davon aus, dass der Sauberkeits-Standard im Hause durchaus bereits bekannt ist. Aufgrund dessen, auch wenn das Zimmer, durchaus seinen Charme hat, mit welchem wir auch leben konnten, Sauberkeit ist das A & O in einem Hotel und muss gegeben sein. Zimmer 422 - Alma's Gästezimmer Aufgrund der Reaktion des Check-Out-Mitarbeiters am Abreisetag, gehen wir davon aus, aufgrund der Wortwahl, dass dieser von der Sauberkeit durchaus informiert ist, bzw. er unsere Reklamation weitergibt.

ขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดของการเดินทาง ถ้าจองทริปที่ล่าช้า สร้างสรรค์ ยกระดับ ที่นี่ goldright ทําเลที่ตั้งลงตัวถึง HBF และ therefore center อุปกรณ์เยี่ยม (พื้น อ่างอาบน้ํา เตียงนอน) อาหารเช้าแบบ Italian buffet ผิด ๆ ไม่มีทางที่จะทําให้เป็นบูติคโฮเทลที่ดีกว่านี้ เมื่อทําธุระที่วุ่นวายคุณควรรู้ว่าสิ่งที่ควรได้รับ ไม่มีแฮกในห้องน้ําสําหรับถุงอาบน้ํา ไม่มีไม้แขวนวางบนเตียงสําหรับโหลดมือถือแทบไม่เก็บเสียงซึ่งรบกวนรองเท้าเพื่อนบ้านค่อนข้างสว่าง ไม่มีที่จอดรถ อาหารเช้า 2 หลังต่อ คืออากาศวินและสลับไวไฟถ้าอยู่ในสาย) Wi-Fi 1ใช่2 ค่อนข้างซับซ้อนมาก แต่อย่างไรก็ตามโดยส่วนตัวชอบโรงแรมอื่นใน Mannheim มากกว่าเสมอ !

We arrived at the hotel after a long travel day in the early evening and the receptionist was very friendly, listened and gave us two nice rooms with views towards the city (rather than the station and rail-tracks). The rooms were clean and had amenities such as a kettle. What really rocked was the breakfast. An excellent choice of cold and warm, a very good handmade fruit-salad and bircher musli. As I am someone using the stairs rather than the elevator to do some steps, I really enjoyed the motivating messages on each floor of the staircase. Good idea! Overall great value for our money. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay, we will come back when the opportunity arises.

We had spent our trip staying at this hotel unfortunately on the Saturday night there was an event so the parking was full . We had to pay the fees in advance so I did ask for refund at the reception as we parked on the street.The lady was rude from beginning and extremely unhelpful, told us to send an email . No one came back to us after 4 weeks we still waiting for our money. I can’t believe that a guest is being ignored like that !!!!! Then they are cleaning the rooms every second day that means every second day we needed to go down to ask for new towels etc. The receptionist very unpleasant person insulted other guests by calling them ossis ( the easten guys) , as they had a slightly accent . They were so shocked that they didn’t know what to say . Very unprofessional and not at all welcoming!!!!! There are plenty other great hotels in Mannheim where guests are welcome and get the value for their money.

After reading plenty of bad reviews we were concerned about our organized trip to the BUGA 23 (we had no choice of the hotel). ⭐ Location ⭐ : Mercure is right in front of the main entrance ”Luisenpark” to the BUGA 🌺🌹🌻 Perfect for us 👍 Walking to the nice Wasserturm & city centre takes around 25 minutes. Good PT options very close by (Tram 6). Check in: fast and friendly, check out also. Room: on the 4th floor, kind of worn out/abgewohnt but clean enough. Some items missing (towel, glass) , but quickly solved with front desk. Soap and shampoo ok. Restaurant: BF was ok, fresh food and enough choice. Buffet dinner for our group was good, especially the anti pasti/hors d'oeuvres buffet, which had an Italian/French touch👍 Service: restaurant&bar, very friendly and caring German waiter who served us (Bier&Weissburgunder) with a smile.... even late in the evening after we came back from the Joy Fleming musical 👍 Wifi: perfect, no problem with connection/data usage.

This was a real surprise, we booked last minute a good price. The staff were 1st class smiley and efficient. The room modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding.
