The KJ Paphos is a very special hotel with very special staff who will really look after you and do anything they can to make your stay the best it can be. The hotel is splotless clean, the pools and grounds are immaculate and the environment is sooooo relaxing. I love that the waiters come around the pool and take your drinks orders and bring them to you. The food here is absolutely outstanding, whilst not a huge selection, they certainly make up for that with the quality of the food. You can order wine by the bottle as part of the all inclusive and also take a bottle back to the room. I love this little hotel, and I was devastated to be leaving and I will absolutely return again very soon. Well done to all the amazing staff at the KJ, you do an excellent job and you should all be so very proud of the hotel and brand that you have created and maintain.

My husband and I booked the Asimina suites hotel after reading the fantastic reviews .We went to celebrate our birthdays and wanted something special. WOW we were not disappointed. Everything was perfect ( and I am very picky ). All the staff work tirelessly in every depar**ent to make your stay special. The reception staff were all lovely. The management team were always around and again were always happy and interested to speak to the guests. We went all inclusive plus , the a la carte restaurant was again beautiful and something special, our suite was beautiful along with the large bathroom. The cleanliness of the room and all the hotel areas were impeccable. It was quiet the week we visited as it was the start of the season , that suited us . The grass Sunbed area was lovely , it looks out to sea , there were no problem getting a bed at anytime of day, the staff who work on there again work non stop and were always smiling. If you are looking to book here do not hesitate, you won’t be disappointed. Over the years we have visited many destinations and stayed in some amazing hotels. This one is up there with the best. We will definitely return.

The Bar and Restaurant staff,never enough words to express how great they are,professional,helpful and can’t do enough for you,Team Captain Yoti,Luciano,Andreas and Peter,a team indeed,looked after your every need,food was superb and beautifully presented,they were happy to explain the Greek dishes,always there when you had dirty dishes to be removed and your glass filled,this team are the reason we booked agin this year and they are the reason we will be back again next year 2024, the welcome we received by Luciano ( who remembered us from 2022) was wonderful and we were so touched by his welcome and called us by name was amazing,not too many kids here in October so pool area was quiet and relaxing,weather for October was great,high 78/79 every day,one day we had a massive thunderstorm through the night,that was spectacular but other than that,Yoti and team,see you next year guys and thank you Basilica for another great and relaxing holiday,David and Tricia Reid xx

Location 10/15 minutes walk to the harbour (area around the hotel is under construction but don't let this put you off) 15 minutes walk to Sodap beach (sandy beach with toilets, etc). 5 minutes to bar street (Robin Hood has games on the table for children) Moorings and captains bistro down the harbour front also have play areas Greeted on arrival and had our luggage taken to our room and a brief tour around the hotel which was a nice touch Pool towels €10 refundable deposit which you pay for at reception but collect from the spa. These can also be changed throughout your stay. Had an issue with our room and was moved to another room. They said rooms were identical but one had a shower, one had a bath. Bath was better for us with a 2yr old. Pools - we spent most our time round the childrens area/swim up pool - never had any issues getting sunbeds no matter what time we turned up. Childrens waterslides were only open 1030-1230 & 2-4. Park area also good as is the volleyball area. Laundrette came in good use and was €4 took around 30 mins. Restaurant - always a good choice of food. Staff always friendly and helpful. I have a fussy 2yr old who pretty much ate plain pasta and fruit for the entire stay. Would be good to have pizzas/hot dogs added for children each night. Although the themed nights were advertised on the electronic board outside the restaurant would also be good to have this maybe in the rooms aswel as spa options available. Entertainment - evening entertainment, didn't really rate it but might be as it was still out of season. Improvements: Kids disco is too early when the restaurant only opens at 7pm. 730pm either needs to be moved out or dinner moved slightly earlier. Kids club opening hours - personally this would be better to match the slide opening times as it's the afternoon you want to get out the sun. A safety release button on the door above children height would also work well in here. Childrens shallow pool is really slippy on the slope if you don't have pool shoes on. Would be better if it was different tiles on the slope. Bedroom doors. Again with a toddler a safety catch to stop them opening the door would also come in handy. Having bed guards available would also be a good bonus. Overall fab stay and would come back.

There are 2 parts to the hotel, the Hotel and Gardens, both are located together in nice well kept grounds and with 3 outdoor and 1 indoor (heated) pool with plenty of sunbeds. We stayed in the Mayfair Hotel and room was spotlessly clean with Tea / Coffee facilities and a fridge which was ideal. Food was excellent with a great choice for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and there was also a dedicated section for Vegan and Vegetarian choices as well as the excellent selection of salads from the salad bar, there is a lovely outdoor dining terrace and staff are very attentive. The bar staff were friendly and with a great selection of drinks included within the All Inclusive Package and is worth the difference. There was a varied evening entertainment programme with some great live singers performing and the entertainment team had a programme of activities throughout the day. The spa was relaxing and well priced. Already looking at returning next November as weather was excellent and this is a great hotel choice, yes it is in a residential area but its only a 15 minute walk to the waterfront / harbour area and would definitely recommend.

I wouldn't spend a week here as its too dark and dingy but it had good points The pool area is lovely, nice soft sunbeds and fruit trees make it a really pleasant place to lounge. The room is clean, the washing product is good quality Breakfast very basic but OK, you won't starve Negatives are that while the pool area is lovely, the chairs and tables are very grimy looking, the could do with a steam clean. Ditto the balcony furniture. The room whole clean has to be the most depressing colour of beige there is, and everything in the room is beige. The reception area and the hotel in general has a very dark and oppressive vibe, nothing bright and cheerful about it. That said it was value for the price we paid and if your happy with that then you could do worse I suppose.

|5.36km กม.จากตัวเมืองJust returned from 7 nights at Helios Bay. It is a lovely hotel in a great location. It was really hot (approx 32 degrees each day at the end of September). Pros: - Pool is really nice, clean and a good size - Plenty of sunbeds - we had no issue finding 2 together in the sun at any time of the day - Pool bar is good for drinks and snacks e.g. ice creams, toasties, chips, small meals - Beautiful views and a coastal path (perfect place to watch the sunsets) - Bus 615 stops right outside and goes to Coral Bay or down to Paphos. Single tickets are 1.50 or you can buy a day ticket for 5 euros. We asked about a weekly ticket but were told these were not available. We didn't use the beach nearby as we went up to Coral Bay on the bus (much less rocky/stoney and the sea is calmer) - would recommend going there - the Corallia Beach (the last stop on the bus) is lovely and is 7.50 a day for x2 sunbeds and a parasol. We also used the buses to get to Aphrodite's Rock which was nice. The supermarket (I think called Sklavenitis) inside Kings Mall is far better than the Lidl and only a few stops further on the bus - go there if you want a larger selection of food. I have a nut & sesame seed allergy and was unable to find many suitable things in the Lidl but found loads there including British chocolate and bread safe for me to eat. We cooked our own breakfasts each day so can't comment on the breakfast at the hotel. There is a small kiosk style shop 2 doors down from the hotel where you can buy essentials e.g. drinks, snacks, gifts. The New Horizon pub next door to that was a favourite of ours. We ate there 3 times and other nights went to watch the rugby or football. Nice atmosphere and also very allergy friendly - menus are allergy coded and the staff really helpful. Cons: - We arrived very late (approx 2am) due to our Gatwick flight being delayed. We were handed a key and on arrival at our room realised were on the ground floor (104) with a view of some villas. We had paid extra for a side sea view room so I went and spoke to the receptionist and requested a room change. He reported he was just the night man and told me to go back in the morning. I went back at 8am and they did move us later that day to the other side of the block and up a higher level (room 216) where the views were 1000 times better and we actually had the view we'd paid for. Be careful of this as I have read this in other reviews. This is one of my only negatives as it did disappoint us on arrival and I felt like we had just been given the last room due to arriving late. - Only other small negative was the lack of entertainment on a night. The sun set at approx 6.45pm whilst we were there which meant it was dark early. The hotel became really quiet and you had to go to the pub nearby or into Paphos for any entertainment, drinks etc. It would have been nice to have music / something going on each night at the hotel itself. Our room was huge - a full kitchen with appliances and a washing machine, dining table, couch (not a comfortable one), amazing balcony, a nice bedroom and two full bathrooms. The kosher food was delicious and plentiful. We got fresh omelets in the morning from Chef Yaakov and made sandwiches for later. Dinner was 35 Euro per person and was a huge buffet with at least 3 proteins, sides and a salad bar. There was even a bowl of fruit and a yummy cake and donuts (for Chanuka). Small random grievances - there is a pipe in the shower that gets scalding hot when the shower is on; don't touch it or you'll burn yourself! I didn't find the couch or the bed especially comfortable, though I did appreciate the extra pillows. Neither of the bathroom doors have locks on them. Despite the festive Christmas display that the Capital Coast Hotel (host hotel) put out, the lobby has a very tired look. Fun bonus: during one of our dinners in the kosher dining room, there was a group of interactive dancers who put on a fun show. I recommend this hotel! I hope to return soon.

A BIG thank you to ALL the staff, we had the most amazing family holiday in the perfect location. We loved the food choices; with special thanks to Doina Ioana and her dedicated team at the Snackeria, as well as the exceptional service provided by the teams at the Rock n Roll Diner and the Royal Olympic Restaurant. The cleaning teams ensured every corner of the resort remained pristine, while the entertainment offered an array of choices to suit every taste. Every encounter, whether at reception, the bar areas, swimming pools, or the gym, was met with unparalleled hospitality and attentiveness. My teenage son loved the Teenz Club and when he wasn't there he was out playing football on the all weather pitch or ordering a steak and chocolate milk shake in the Diner! The security team were always keeping a watch-full eye out to make sure all was well. Thank you to you all - we hope to be back!
