Мы были в январе. Конечно, не ждали увидеть все прелести территории отеля, но отметим, что работал бассейн с подогревом и обслуживали официанты. Было обидно, что несмотря на хорошую солнечную погоду для детей не было активностей на улице, все проводилось в помещении. Вот насчет этой части (детская анимация) не могу сказать ничего плохого, но и хорошего мало (насыщенность скудненькая, пустое время заполняется просмотром мультиков или приставкой, аниматоры часто сидят в телефоне и короче на расслабоне как-то все было). Ездили в land of legends, классно, но для деток ростом меньше 130см мало аттракционов. К питанию вопросов нет, все вкусно, иногда некоторые продукты исчезали с полок и не появлялись долго. Аквапарк на ремонте, летом не знаем что и как будет работать. Обслуживающий персонал хороший, все добрые и отзывчивые.

ก่อนอื่นฉันอยากจะชี้ไปที่โรงแรมเกี่ยวกับห้องผสมเล็กๆ (เหมือนเขาวงกต) เก่าแต่สะอาดมาก อาหารอร่อยและความหลากหลายค่อนข้างเพียงพอ ฉันกังวลเล็กน้อยเมื่ออ่าน ”เราหิว” ในความคิดเห็นก่อน .... ไม่จําเป็น ฉันจะมีความหลากหลายเช่นนี้ได้อย่างไร? ฉันไม่เข้าใจมาก แต่มีเพียงไม้เดียวเท่านั้นที่สามารถดีกว่าเรื่องความหวานได้ แต่มันเป็นรายละเอียดที่เล็กมาก เมื่อพูดถึง ทะเล ก็ดีนะสําหรับคนรู้เรื่องว่ายน้ําดี แต่ไม่เป็นไร เขาเห็นงานของผม พนักงาน (ลืมชื่อ) พี่ๆ หลายคนทํางานอย่างระมัดระวังและหัวเราะเกี่ยวกับผม ขอบคุณทุกคนมากๆ ค่ะ ไว้เจอกันใหม่นะคะ

From our arrival the staff went above and beyond. Bellboy, bar staff , housekeeper, reception the staff at meal times the management asking if everything was ok 👍 so friendly. The coach pick up to Land of Legends bang on time. Reception calling a taxi the cab was outside within 5 minutes. Room was huge and clean, hotel was spotless. The ground's were well kept. Pools are great, kids club looks great, bike's to hire , little football pitch, table tennis absolutely loads and we probably missed a few things. Great all round stay and weather was good 👍

Hotel Belconti is an amazing place.There is a lot of to discover.We were satisfied with almoust everything.Rooms were big enought,properly and regulary cleaned.The food was good taste,and even if we were expecting more of international food,it was a chance to try traditional turkish food. Hotel staff was kind and helpfull whenever needed. Especially I would like to highlight the members of Animation team in Mini Club - Assiya,Maria and Nass.This girls can speak fluent english,russian,or german so as to agree with all children.Their kind behavior creates a realy friendly atmosphere throught the day.Program in miniclub was good managed,and ever day different,so no child could be bored. Mini disco in the evening was regulary top of day for our children (4 and 6 YO).They just loved it because girls from animation team made it full of fun. I suggest to everyone to travel to Turkey,especially in september and i rate hotel Belconti as a really good choice.

Overall enjoyable holiday however an honest English Review on all aspects of Aquaworld & Belek travelling as a family with an 11 year old: Hotel: The hotel is wonderful. It is very modern, well kept and looked after, very eco and environmentally friendly. Has a lovely 1500m walking track around and through the hotel grounds which is enjoyable. It is recommended to do this early on in the holiday as it really does help you get your bearings. Hotel staff: The staff were hit and miss in my personal opinion. Always found the bar staff in the day throughout the various outdoor bars and the bar staff of an evening at the evening entertainment arena bar very friendly, bar staff in the lobby bar some not so. Restaurant staff were all great and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to bar man Emre - credit to the hotel as well as the staff in the Asian A La Carte Restaurant - fantastic service and outstanding food. Also big shout out to the young man round the main pool on the roller blades! Best member of staff at Aquaworld! Guest Services: Reception helpful throughout stay. WARNING the guy Josif who claims he works for on the beach and is a rep is not a very nice man! Try and stay clear. Baring in mind we didn't arrive at the hotel until 3am he rang our phone numerous times from 7.30am when a meeting had already been booked for 10.30am trying to sell us excursions. We decided against the meeting in the morning and rang again in the evening saying we needed to attend as he would tell us our return shuttle. Did no such thing just tried to pressure us into an excursion. Having been to different parts of Turkey my advice would be go into town and book through Belek City Tours much cheaper than the hotels. I was honest with the rep and said we had booked down the town, we then got a mouthful of abuse and he then refused to tell us our pick up transfer time and ignored our whatsapps. STAY CLEAR. If you book with on the beach you can just go online and find your transfer time. Rooms: We upgraded our room to the 2 bedroom room with a garden view. Although quite basic it was perfect for what we needed. Lovely garden views which houses a lot of wildlife as well as beautiful plants, flowers fruit trees along with relaxing music to enjoy whilst winding down on the balcony. Bathroom was a good size with a powerful walk in shower. No toiletries provided - just some hand soap and dove soap in the shower. Only downside is the showers do seem to leave puddles on the floor when finished which leaks from underneath the shower. We had 3 room in our party and all had the same issues. But all in all for somewhere to get ready and sleep it was pleasant enough and very clean. There is a minifridge in the room which only stocks soft drinks and they aren't the best at stocking these up so I just left a note when we were low and they topped up for us. Pools: Pools are brilliant. Very clean, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Main pool is 1.5m all the way round so no s

Just returned from a family week away at Granda, as the other reviews mention it’s probably more 4 star than 5. The hotel is absolutely massive, the lobby, main pool and water park are amazing. The downside to the size is it does get so busy. We had a standard family room (1 double bed, 1 single and 1 single sofa bed), the tv in the room is tiny and only has 2 English channels. The main buffet restaurant gets so busy during breakfast and dinner, and although there’s lots of food on offer most of it is the same, and hardly changes each day. The food park by the main pool is quite a nice touch. The main pool is absolutely massive, and is next to the water park etc. you will need to get up early to get a sunbed, there seems to be quite a few people chucking towels on sunbeds and then disappearing for the day. The pool bar seems to serve everyone else first and then English people last. We went to Belek town to do some shopping one day, there is a taxi stand outside the hotel, it’s around 5 euros each way, however beware they do try charge you more on the return. Overall it is a good hotel for family’s, the kids enjoyed it, but the rooms, food etc is not 5 star.
