Comfy stay. The hostel is generally clean and quiet. Functioning hair dryer at the sink area. They provide 2 in 1 shampoo and shower cream, water heater available, AC, personal locker inside the room, comfy bed. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is good, right in front of the public jetty. Nearby have many seafood restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket, mamak stalls. Very convenient, all walking distance, don't really need a car to move around. Standard Room is ok, size -wise. However, the room is abit dirty as the floor is very sticky. Toilet is basic, quite run-down. You need to climb one flight of stairs, so make sure you nothing too heavy. Sometimes you'll have the smell / smoke from the seafood restaurant downstairs in the hallway. Very thin walls, can easily hear other guests' noise.

Everything is good and tidy, common areas, pool table. Breakfast is simple.

Nice place, clean and safe in a good location, although the street is busy during the day it is not loud. The staff was friendly and always available,easily booked trips to the islands and Shuttle to the airport. Great value for money,would stay again.

The location and facilities were great, and most of the staff was very friendly. However, the laundry service was expensive, and we didn’t receive all of our clothes back—some items were lost. When I reached out to resolve the issue, they stopped responding. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using their laundry service.

旅館位於亞庇市中心，距離哲思頓碼頭很近，下樓就有各類餐廳與便利店，交通很方便。旅館老闆會提前與住客加VX，指導自助辦理入住，前台在2樓，房間在3樓（需住意他們的G樓是我們的1樓，他們的1樓是我們的2樓，不然會開錯房門🤣），房間雖小，但很乾凈整潔，該有的設施都有，總體來説性價比還是很高的。

hye. the lady at front counter very amazing, very friendly and helpful. the room is also tidy, just nice for 1-2 traveller. however, there are some amenities that are broken..the plug in the room is broken, so i can only use one plug. and the door at the ladies toilet also broken and very dangerous because it can. falll and hit others. i hope the technical and management team are aware of this. they need to check often. other than that im satisfied. especially the location since it is very very near to the entrance of imago mall.

This hotel is perfect for business travelers. The Wi-Fi connection was fast and stable, which was essential for my work. The location is very strategic, close to many offices and transport hubs. Even though it's in a busy area, the soundproofing in the room was excellent, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. Will definitely return.
