My First Hostel Experience — And It Was a Blast! Ostello Bello Palermo was my first-ever hostel stay, and honestly — it was an amazing surprise! At first, I was placed in a room with all guys, but when I asked to switch, the staff quickly and kindly arranged a change for me. Each room has 11 beds and 2 showers, and everything was super clean, which I really appreciated. The common area is lovely — warm, welcoming, and full of life. That night, there was a DJ party that lasted until 1 a.m., and sleeping was definitely not an option… but I was in the spirit of experimentation, so I just went with it and ended up dancing and having a great time. I met some amazing local musicians who were born in Palermo, and we had such a fun night hanging out and talking. It felt like a truly authentic and spontaneous experience. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly — especially one guy at the reception (I wish I remembered his name!) who was just the sweetest. Thank you for making my first hostel stay so special. I’ll never forget it 💛

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and washrooms were neatly maintained too. Breakfast was tasty and was available at a nominal cost.

Très bien situé avec arrêt bus proche mais pensez à préciser que c'est dans une résidence, avec portier car il n'y a aucune indication avec le nom de l'auberge devant le portail. Très bon petit déjeuner diversifié, distributeur d'eau minérale ou gazeuse gratuite La chambre dortoir luxe femme serait parfaite si les lits avaient des rideaux pour plus d'intimité et des essui mains dans la salle de bain.

Great experience as a female solo travelled! Clean, safe and centered hostel. Great to have the option only female room only with aircon in the room. Lots of showers and toilets available.

前台不是隨時在的，除此之外都還可以，在這個價位也不錯了，地方也好找，附近也有吃的，走走逛逛都挺方便
