環境不錯，四人間，有個小陽台，二樓有個餐廳可以坐公共區間

Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc Would recommend especially for price and value.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt – zentral, ruhig und ideal, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sympathisch, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Besonders positiv ist die Sauberkeit: Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche wie Dusche, Bad, Toilette, Wohnzimmer, Küche und die Dachterrasse werden mehrmals täglich gründlich gereinigt. Dadurch herrscht stets eine angenehme und gepflegte Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt!

Amazing. Really friendly. Was a girl checking us in, amazing lady, friendly and informative. Free beer also! Clean. Comfy mattress. 3/4 shower rooms. Location is 10/10. Booked a lot lot lot worse for more than I paid today. Highly recomed.

Conventiently located near town centre of El Paso and a big supermarket (Hipersino) As El Paso is not a big town here, going anywhere needs a bus change at either Santa Cruz or Los Lloyds The hostel itself is reasonably clean Staffs are friendly There are some guests look like lodging here for a long time

Outstanding! very clean. very well run. very cheap (price matches). not best location but has quiet beach nearby and is on a main bus route. Highly recommended.

1-2 nuits suffit ! Agréable mais excentrée et montée raide 😅 L’hostel est grande et agréable avec plusieurs espaces communes dont La terrasse très agréable et au soleil. Mais pas si grande comme une partie occupée par le linge. Chambre grande et confortable. Mais Rangement avec loquet bien mais petite fermeture donc pas cadenas adapté donc ça aurait bien d’en fournir comme c’est le cas dans d’autres hostels même moins chers ! Discussion sur le type de réservation alors que ça semblait claire avec les photos et descriptif. Chambre de 4 réservée et se retrouver dans une chambre pour 5 ! Pas si éloignée du centre (15min à pied environ) mais problème comme c’est en montée assez raide pas forcément envie de faire des allers retours. Assez bruyant parfois quand (volontaires ?) et clients ne respectent pas le « couvre feu »

Poca comunicación, fui al baño y a la vuelta mi botella de agua desapareció de estar al lado de mi cama. Pregunté y nadie puso interés por solucionarlo. 1€ por servicio de toallas y hay varias salas comunes. Está cerca de la playa y parada de taxis. Si lo que buscas es surfear buena suerte en llegar caminando...

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hostel in Puerto de la Cruz! Alles war super – saubere Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre und eine tolle Lage in der Nähe von Restaurants, Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und man fühlte sich einfach willkommen. Ich kann das Hostel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!
