The reception staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and spacious enough, and the design is very pleasant and inviting. Thank you, and see you again next time.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

No me gustó mucho la seguridad, no queda nadie en portería y les permiten a los usuarios entrar a la hora que sea. A nosotros nos pasó que un usuario llegó a las 2:00 am, y primero se escuchaba todo mientras subía, y segundo cuando llegó a su habitación escuchamos una pelea fuerte con una mujer. Considero que si no va ha haber una persona en portería, deberían de poner un horario de entrada y salida, porque por el ruido no dejan dormir y también porque uno no sabe quién puede entrar. No existe un control.

The breakfast should be ordered ten minutes in advance for them to prepare and bring to your table. Everyday there is a different set breakfast that it is good considering the low cost of this hotel. It is definitely a good value for money.
