โฮมสเตย์ในจังหวัดนะระ ญี่ปุ่น

El lugar esta en una ubicación privilegiada, dentro del parque, si te gusta la naturaleza es lo mejor que vas a encontrar a un precio justo, la habitación estaba limpia y bastante grande con mesita y dos sillas, y aire condicionado y ventanas que (por lo menos la nuestra) dan hacía el parque, muy tranquilo y no hay ruido por la noche! Esta a 20/30 min caminando del centro de Nara, però si quiere también hay bus cerca cada hora o media hora no recuerdo bien! Hay cocina compartida en una nevera, que puedes utilizar din problema, una mesa grande, lavadora y secadora de pago a 300yen si no recuerdo mal! En resumen para nosotros un lugar que recomendaría a mis amigos!!

地點就在若草山上端的入口處，自駕非常方便抵達，停車位要跟水谷商店租一次日圓1500，房間內設備一應俱全，浴室和廁所是一般日式公寓的分開格局，重點是，鍋碗瓢盆、餐盤餐碗餐具全部都有，非常適合簡單的煮一餐，另外的重點，門口就有鹿群，半夜和早上都可以跟鹿玩耍，鹿仙貝在對面商店就有賣。性價比高。

This was a good stay. It's self service access. The amenities are good, it would be very helpful if staff could communicate about left luggage in advance in their information as Nara is notorious for people wanting to leave luggage and options are a challenge! We later found out opposite is there is a place to leave luggage.

เจ้าของที่พักเป็นคนจีน จึงไม่ค่อยมีโอกาสได้พูดคุยกับคนต่างชาติโดยตรง ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์อย่างมาก ห้องพักไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก แต่เตียงนอนสบายมาก มีเครื่องทำความร้อนไฟฟ้าและผ้าห่มไฟฟ้า หลับสบายตลอดคืน ห้องอาบน้ำ ห้องน้ำ และห้องครัวสะอาดหมดจด ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของฉัน ทำเลที่ตั้งไม่ได้ใกล้สวนสาธารณะนารา แต่ใกล้กับวัดโทโชไดจิและศาลเจ้าเฮเซกู และไม่ไกลจากซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านค้าอื่นๆ สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคือเจ้าของที่พักมีรถให้เช่า ซึ่งช่วยให้ฉันเดินทางได้เร็วขึ้นมาก และได้เที่ยวหลากหลายมากขึ้น เยี่ยมมาก!

An absolute 10/10 stay in Nara City! Yamatonoyado KITAKYOBATE is a beautiful, 2-story property that is kept incredibly clean. The layout is perfect for families or groups, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. I was blown away by the number of amenities provided right in the room—they have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable. The location in kitakyobate-cho is peaceful yet convenient. Checking in was seamless, and the overall experience was flawless. Will definitely book this place again on my next trip to Japan!

Located in a quiet quaint neighborhood. It was storming so I didn't get an opponent to enjoy the river and it's surrounding which the accommodation was just next to. But the spacious room came as a joy but unfortunately the beddings were not comfortable. Could feel the bed springs and the pillow overly soft. Wished that they provided tatami beddings instead. Check in details were not provided via booking on trip.com but thankfully could easily contact the owner via WhatsApp. Overall still a great experience.

นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันได้สัมผัสกับหอพักเยาวชน ประเภทของเตียงคือเตียงบนและล่าง ฉันโชคดีที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เตียงบน ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว ถ้าคุณต้องการลงจากเตียง มันจะส่งผลต่อผู้โดยสารที่เตียงล่าง พนักงานโรงแรมค่อนข้างใจดี ยกเว้นส่วนที่รออาบน้ํา และอยู่ห่างจาก JR Nara พอสมควร อย่างอื่นก็ไม่เลว ท้ายที่สุดมันเป็นโฮสเทล ผู้ที่ต้องการพื้นที่อิสระในการนอนหลับเบา ๆ คิดให้ดี

We love the special Japanese style rooms. The garden is big. But this property is a bit too cold in winter time. Owner locked one aircon in the room. Only left one aircon on, which is not enough during night time. We were suffering all the nights and early morning. I suggest owner to provide at least one mirror at the property, we couldn’t find any mirror for make-up.

A great stay at Nara.  Value for money. Location is a bit far from the Nara station but still walkable distance.  Best part is got free parking facility just in front of the house. Perhaps the owner can consider installing a aircon unit at the sofa waiting lounge as it is a bit chilly during our stay.
