Check in was easy as there was someone there waiting for me and she even helped me get my bag up the stairs. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and I slept well. It was easy to communicate with them over WhatsApp and they replied promptly. Hotel is located close to the beach and about a 20 min walk from the old town. Lots of supermarkets and food places on your doorstep. My particular room had no outside space and was looked over by the neighbouring building so I had to keep the curtains closed. I had booked the room with the garden but didnt get that room but I'm not sure if this was an issue with the hotel or the online site I booked with. I was too hot on arrival to make an issue of it. For this reason I gave a 4 start instead of a five star. Would I recommend- for the price, location and room comfort, yes.

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

Clean and cozy room. Location is decent, with a grocer nearby and a few restaurants. About a 30 min walk from the water and another 5 to old town. Self check in was straight forward. Apartment with towel change and new trash bag ls daily. Minimal kitchen, kettle and stove for simple meals. Overall good hassle-free stay.

Mediterranean Guest House Balkan is a wonderful place to stay in Budva. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Budva, Montenegro.

Сам номер отличный за исключением пары моментов. Во-первых, не убираются в номере, только выносят мусор и меняют полотенца с постельным, не хватает уборки хотя бы раз в 3-4 дня, очень загрязняется пол, ходить прям неприятно + нет помощи с мытьем посуды итп моментам, этого очень не хватало - есть уборка есть, то лучше это сделать. Не хватает также шток блэк-аут, тк очень слепит глаза по утрам (но это мелочи). Не хватает нескольких вещей на кухне для готовки - тёрка, сковородка на которой все не пригорает, доска для резки овощей (но это тоже не критично). Местоположение просто отличное, очень близко до пляжа и всех ближайших магазинов, сам номер тоже с очень хорошим ремонтом, исправить эти моменты и просто цены не будет данному месту!)

Прекрасные апартаменты! Мы остались очень довольны нашим проживанием! Идеально все! Новая гостишка, чистые светлые просторные номера, сверхудобное расположение, бесплатная парковка!!! И отдельное спасибо владельцу, очень заботливый и внимательный человек, сделал наш отдых очень комфортным!!! Все-все необходимое есть!!! Внизу фруктовая лавка, рядом много магазинчиков, удобная транспортная развязка, все рядом! Очень рекомендую эти апартаменты, вернемся именню сюда !

Я турагент, в Кондр никто об этом не знал. Видела много, приехала после 5 * в Тивате. Все чисто. Посуда, таблетки для стирки и посудомойки, сушилка, бокалы, стаканы вода. Чистота идеальная. Очень хотелось остаться. Рекомендую от души!

The apartment was at very good location, it has a nice balcony too. The staff was very friendly. I needed to print my bus ticket, when I asked them they setup the laptop and spent extra time to help me to print it. Very good service, really appreciated!

Отличные апартаменты, чисто и красиво, всё необходимое есть: ванная, шкафчики, зеркало, есть небольшой балкончик с симпатичным видом. В комнате был кондиционер, он очень спасал в жару. На балконе есть холодильник. До ближайшего пляжа 20 минут пешком, рядом есть магазины, пекарни. Хозяйка обеспечила трансфер до отеля и обратно. Мне очень понравилось здесь жить!
