The house can sleep 12 very comfortably. • TVs are in the bedrooms with king-sized mattresses as well as the family room and theatre room. • There are 2 bathrooms, one bathroom has a shower, tub, toilet, and 2 sinks. The other has a shower, sink, and toilet. • The attached heated 2 car garage is available for your use. It has a hot/cold water faucet, automatic doors, pet door, adequate lighting, and plenty of space for storage. • There is a shower in the garage. • Laundry room with washer and dryer. • The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stove top. • There is a large sunroom/ theatre room with blankets in the dresser. • There is a large family room with a gas fireplace. • Downstairs is a large game room with 1 bedroom. • There is a covered front porch with a large patio in the back that has a gas grill, propane firepit, and furniture. • The backyard has a swing set and plenty of room for running and yard games.
