The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι εντάξει για την τιμή του. Είναι όμως μακριά από την παλιά πόλη της Κρακοβίας. Το πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό για την τιμή του. Γενικά είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι, ωστόσο, καλό θα ήταν να φροντίσουν να διευθετήσουν το πρόβλημα με τις πόρτες των δωματίων. Κλείνουν απότομα και κάνουν αρκετή φασαρία, με αποτέλεσμα να διακόπτεται διαρκώς η ξεκούρασή μας. Επιπλέον, μια smart tv θα ήταν προτιμότερη. Τέλος, ζητήσαμε 2 μέρες υπηρεσία αφύπνισης, και τις 2 φορές δεν έγινε, με αποτέλεσμα τη μία μέρα να χάσουμε προπληρωμενη εκδρομή μας. Ενώ, αργότερα, μας κάλεσαν κανονικά για το check out. Καλό θα ήταν να ληφθούν υπόψη τα παραπάνω για τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας υπηρεσιών.

We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏

Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine.

The location is very good, near to the Krakow Train Station, and easily accessible to the Old Town. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

The best hotel out of my europe trip from vienna, prague to poland. Great service from the front desk and was helpful with my passport left behind in prague. Mandatory spa facilities for the freezing cold weather was great! Feels like ive stepped into a brand new hotel. Overall, would go back just for the hotel

Friendly and efficient check in . Lovely spacious room with fantastic bathroom and facilities. Great breakfast and a lovely location in the Kazimiertz district, which is packed full of bistros and bars away from the real tourist traps of the Old Town . Easy walk to the usual city attractions about 15-20 mins away
