The hotel is great value for money and very clean. The rooms are large, and the bathroom is a good size too. It’s in a great location, only a 5‑minute walk to the bus stop. Bus 130 goes straight to the Old Town in about 15 minutes. Breakfast is good as well, but it’s served in the building next door. The staff are very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was the plug sockets they’re hard to reach and there are only two of them.

Location is great, service was impeccable. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.

Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine.

Hotel muy bien ubicado a tan solo 10 min del centro. Instalaciones actualizadas y limpias. Personal muy amable. La única pega que puedo poner esque esta al lado de las vías del tren y por la noche se escucha pero es un ruido soportable

Great hotel in unbeatable location in krakow. Room was spacious and modern, including huge bathroom. Beds were a little small (we had 2 doubles for 3 people). Staff were fantastic through from reception, to breakfast to the spa and the housekeeping staff Would return.

Nothing really to complain about here! Great location & 24 hours front desk. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden. 4/5 for amenities as there’s no gym / sauna like other hotels we’ve been to for similar prices, but that’s no biggie.

ต้องสังเกตว่าโรงแรมยุโรปส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีแปรงสีฟัน แชมพู หรือรองเท้าแตะในห้องอีกต่อไป โรงแรม Krowodrza ให้บริการสบู่อาบน้ําและแชมพู 2-in-1 และมันก็น่าชื่นชม! ล็อคประตูทันสมัยและปลอดภัย พนักงานก็ช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นมิตรมาก! โรงแรมยังมีน้ําและที่จอดรถฟรีซึ่งดีมาก เป็นป้ายรถรางไม่กี่ป้ายนอกเมือง แต่ในย่านที่เงียบสงบและปลอดภัย! จะเลือกพักที่นี่อีกครั้งถ้าฉันไปเที่ยวโปแลนด์ด้วยราคาที่สมเหตุสมผลและความปลอดภัย
