Location is great, service was impeccable. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.

Nie zostanę fanem tego hotelu. Wielki moloch, raczej nieprzyjazny. W pokoju niby wszystko jest, ale dużo drobnych rzeczy irytuje: toaleta, która się nie spłukuje do końca, wieszak, z którego ciągle spada ręcznik, i wreszcie sam ręcznik, po którego użyciu nadal się jest mokrym. Śniadanie dość podstawowe, a produkty kiepskie - jajecznica bez smaku, warzywa tekturowe (fun fact - jajka i sery oznaczone są jako ”vegan corner”). Parking płatny, o czym nie ma mowy na stronie rezerwacyjnej. Ogólnie nie było bardz źle, ale za tę cenę można spać w Krakowie w dużo przyjaźniejszych miejscach.

Great customer service! Room was a decent size. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fact that we can order our eggs how we want vice getting scrambled from the buffet.easy to get Uber and taxi. We walked one night from the town square where the chriatmas market was and it took us about 30 minutes. Short drive to Schindler factory and jewsih walls. About 30 min drive to Salt mine.

The location is very good, near to the Krakow Train Station, and easily accessible to the Old Town. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Everything was great, but shortage of tables in the breakfast room and the location of the bar right in the middle of the space was annoying

Friendly and efficient check in . Lovely spacious room with fantastic bathroom and facilities. Great breakfast and a lovely location in the Kazimiertz district, which is packed full of bistros and bars away from the real tourist traps of the Old Town . Easy walk to the usual city attractions about 15-20 mins away
