The hotel is generally quite good and offers a decent overall experience. The room was comfortable, and everything met basic expectations. However, there was a very serious issue during my stay. At around 1 a.m., while I was asleep, a stranger entered my room using a key. It appears that the front desk mistakenly gave another guest access to my room. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. I strongly urge the hotel to review its procedures and ensure that such incidents do not happen again.

Reasonable price, super convenient location. Came here for a course that was held in the hotel and it was so convenient that I just need to go down to lobby level for the course and return to my room within 5 min to rest. Can’t imagine staying in a different hotel and having to commute in the freezing weather for the already intense course. Getting to and from the airport is literally just across the link bridge and you don’t need to even expose yourself to outdoors at all.

I wish I'd read more reviews on other platforms as what I experienced was common and longstanding. It looked good on paper and was affordable. The first room 107 was at the back with a blocked view and air con that didn't work. After 5 hours a/c at 18 but still at 27 in the room I felt like I was suffocating and got moved (3am). Second room 403 great view but curtains cream. Lit up all night. Then light with dawn. And trams outside along with church bells mean you have to be a great sleeper (I had an eye mask and earplugs but to no avail). All rooms have 2 single beds together and 2 single duvets which I personallydont like. It's definitely not 4*. The location was decent but a schlepp to the old town. Good tram connections.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

We were only at the hotel for one night for a flight, a comfortable mand, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is located in Kraków. Industrial Zone. Suitable for people who have a car. There is paid parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful.🙏

HC Centrum Business Hotel is ideally located close to several facilities including Banks, grocery shops, restaurants, and the cultural centre. The facilities are of very high quality and kept very clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. You have a feeling of being at home away from home 😊

Perfect location for visiting Krakow. Very close to main train station and just outside the Old City. Easy access to transport lines taking you everywhere. Very nice room with quality soft goods. Super friendly staff who were most helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection if you want to stay in. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Krakow.
