โรงแรมที่มีฟิตเนสในไวกาโต นิวซีแลนด์

รีสอร์ทนี้ค่อนข้างเก่า ดังนั้นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจึงค่อนข้างเก่า แต่พื้นที่โดยรอบกว้างขวาง และมีกิจกรรมต่างๆ มากมายให้เพลิดเพลิน ดังนั้นจึงเป็นสถานที่ที่เหมาะสำหรับการใช้เวลาร่วมกับครอบครัว!

การเช็คอินราบรื่นและรวดเร็ว แต่ต้องเปลี่ยนห้องถึงสองครั้งเพื่อให้ได้ห้องที่เหมาะสม ห้องแรกของเรามีคราบปัสสาวะบนโถสุขภัณฑ์ ซึ่งหมายความว่าห้องนี้ไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดอย่างถูกต้อง การเจอคราบแบบนั้นมันน่าขยะแขยงมาก นอกจากนี้ ทีวีจอสมาร์ทในห้องแรกก็ใช้ไม่ได้ ห้องที่สองก็โอเค แต่ไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำตามที่ขอไว้ เลยเปลี่ยนไปห้องที่สามและในที่สุดก็ได้ห้องที่โอเค มีแอร์เย็นฉ่ำ ทีวีใช้งานได้ และสะอาด นี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่เราพักโรงแรม 5 ดาวในนิวซีแลนด์ และรู้สึกประหลาดใจที่มาตรฐานค่อนข้างต่ำเมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรม 5 ดาวอื่นๆ ในเอเชีย มีสระว่ายน้ำอุ่นขนาดเล็กที่รองรับได้สูงสุด 6 คน สระว่ายน้ำและซาวน่าก็โอเค แต่ห้องอบไอน้ำใช้ไม่ได้ บริการโอเคและอาหารเช้าดีมาก ครั้งหน้าจะพิจารณาที่พักอื่นแทน

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ทำให้เดินทางไปแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่เราอยากไปได้สะดวกมาก อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมก็ดีทีเดียว เปิดให้บริการนานกว่าโรงแรมอื่น ๆ สามารถทานได้จนถึงสิบเอ็ดโมงเช้า รอบ ๆ โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารมากมาย ทั้งอาหารจีนและอาหารตะวันตก สะดวกสบายสุด ๆ

Service was good. Amenities ok. Decor a bit dated but location excellent for view, peace & quiet.  Meals & Accommodation were priced for overseas visitors. Distance to Eateries long walk. 3/5 ⭐️

Wow! We go upgraded to two bedroom apartment which was really handy since it has washer/dryer plus air conditioning in both bedrooms and open plan living area. Very clean and modern apartment with good appliances (Bosch cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer). The apartment is sound proofed. They also have 4 varieties of Zealong Tea Estate teas along with the Zealong cups plus coffee pods. The hotel is next to the lake and shops so it’s quite convenient. My only issue is that outside of night time sleeping hours, the air conditioner would turn off by itself after a few minutes. Other than that, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The room was unsatisfactory. Cobwebs and insects on walls, broken & wobbly dining chairs. Even the stair railing to go upstairs is shaky. Chipped bowls and plates. Most serious is that hot water shower is almost impossible! Hot water seems to be limited. It's always freezing cold water! Imagine having soap all over your body and literally freezing just to wait for the hot water to come but yet not enough to rinse off the soap! I gave up trying to shower the next day. And no Aircon on upstairs room. We had to ask for a small fan just to ventilate the room

Great location, absolutely faultless service from the staff. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, but really the only downside. Laundry onsite, restaurant with room service. For the price, this is a steal in Hamilton. You are not expecting a super modern fancy hotel, but even still, it is not that bad for an aged building!

This hotel was wonderful. It was located on the lake and had amazing views to wake up too. The hotel is very family friendly and includes a heated pool and tennis court. I enjoyed going for a morning walk along the lake too. It was a large apartment and the staff were accommodating too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great restaurant. Good bar. Excellent parking. Like swimming pool and gym. Great place to stay for all Hamilton activities, hospital. Located at airport so is good in conjunction with travel plans

Reception was very friendly. Staff was helpful and friendly. However there is no breakfast included here sadly. There do have a gym thou in this place. Gym was equipped sufficient to work out basics stuff. Room wise its clean and huge, kept good and maintenance well. Parking was also convenient to get to room and its near. Generally hotel is a little age and might be nice to get an upgrade.
