The place was top notch, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good and the room is very nice.

We didn’t have a good stay at the Novotel in Mohammedia, there was no hot water on arrival and there was obviously a hotel wide issue, but the reception said they’d sent someone up and we needed to run the taps for 10 minutes! Well that didn’t work and there was no hot water in the morning either, even they promised it would be back by the morning, so freezing cold shower. No remote control for the TV, the blackout blinds had tears and holes in them (see photo), the carpets were tired and marked (photo) and the windows were absolutely filthy (photo). This was billed as a “superior room with park view” - you could see the park with the window open, but with it closed the dirt pretty much obscured it. We booked a massage but cancelled as how can you have a massage without a shower? The breakfast was very average. The staff were fine, they are up against it with this building, but they constantly asked us to give them reviews by name. The pool is tiny, the bar was quite lively and again nice staff. For a modern Novotel this was a pretty bad experience.

เหตุผลหลักที่ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้คือเพราะมีที่จอดรถฟรี ราคาประหยัด 10 เซ็นต์ และรวมอาหารเช้าด้วย ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานที่หลักๆ แต่เนื่องจากฉันพักแค่คืนเดียวจึงไม่ได้' ไม่เป็นไร… ในวันเช็คอินเวลา 21.00 น. เกิดขึ้นว่าระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ขัดข้องและฉันไม่สามารถเช็คอินได้ หลังจากรอนานกว่า 30 นาทีก็ยังไม่ซ่อม แผนกต้อนรับใช้ได้แค่คีย์การ์ดสำรองเพื่อช่วยฉันเช็คอินเท่านั้น! ทัศนคติของพนักงานต้อนรับดีมากแต่น่าเสียดายที่เกิดมีคอมพิวเตอร์ขัดข้องฉันทำอะไรไม่ถูกมาก…….... ห้องพักสะอาดแต่วางสัมภาระยากนิดนึงครับ มีบุฟเฟ่ต์ในตอนเช้าถึงแม้จะมีอาหารให้เลือกไม่มากแต่ก็มีเติมเรื่อยๆและราคาก็ดีมาก ถ้ามาพักแค่คืนเดียวต้องจอดรถถือว่าได้นะครับ 😉 มีภาษีเมืองเมื่อคุณเช็คอิน ซึ่งแตกต่างจากเมื่อคุณจองเล็กน้อย โรงแรมหลายแห่งในโมร็อกโกก็ประสบปัญหาเช่นนี้เช่นกัน ดังนั้นคุณควรใส่ใจด้วย

I stayed for 1 night, June 16-17. The service was very good as well as the facilities. The next day after checking out I checked and found that my t-shirt was left behind, then I went back to ask about it, but they said they couldn't find it. I'm sure my t-shirt was left there. How can a hotel as good as this have something left behind and not stored first? Even didn’t care about asking me my contact information so if thy ask the staff and found it thy will contact me!! Thy are not doing that

Very good location, friendly staff , clean studio same like pictures , they need to fixed the gym as machine no working

Hotel had good location and cleanliness. However, we had to check out early due an early flight and messaged the hotels 2 days in advance to request early breakfast (which was part of our room rate) at 6am instead of 6:30am - 7 am regular starting time. We got a call to confirm the day before that coffee / juice / fruits extra only will be available at 6am. However, when we got there at 6am the next morning, the breakfast area lights were off, there was no one there, there no juice and coffee machine was only dispensing hot chlorate. We had to get the hotel reception guy turn on the lights and couldnt really do the breakfast because by the time, lights were turned on and juice arrived, it was time to go to the airport. Dissappointing service after sending advance messages and getting hotel confirmation for accommodation. 

The hotel is situated near the train station Casa Voyageur. While the exterior building looked somewhat promising but inside the room is rather old, the lighting is dull and the same goes to the bathroom. But we only stayed for 1 night to catch the train to the airport therefore not much to complain about here. But the room does require some upgrades.

Шикарно все, начиная от местоположения в отличном районе с пляжем и заканчивая обслуживанием и уровнем сервиса! Мы приехали чуть раньше, чем начинается заселение и нам предложили другой номер, выше уровнем, чем мы заказывали. Номер был идеально чистым, с удобной кроватью, выбором подушек, кофемашиной и потрясающей ванной комнатой с прекрасным набором банных принадлежностей. Посещали открытый бассейн и джакузи в спа-зоне, остались очень довольны. Все сотрудники отеля были очень доброжелательны, вежливы и услужливы, особо хочется отметить сотрудников ресепшен, которые решали все наши вопросы, горничную нашего номера - она действительно обаятельна и приятна, и сотрудников ресторана blue - в один из дней на завтраке не было сырников, но на следующий день официант, который нас обслуживал, вспомнил, что мы хотели их попробовать и предложил нам сделать заказ - такое внимание к каждому человеку заслуживает высших похвал! И конечно приготовлены они были безупречно - думаю, это изюминка в меню от русского шеф-повара, который даже немного пообщался с нами и это было очень приятно! Обязательно вернемся к вам в следующий визит в Касабланку, спасибо за то, что сделали наше первое посещение города запоминающимся, ваше искреннее гостеприимство и внимание к мелочам!
