Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

Soggiorno di due giorni. Struttura a pochi passi dal centro storico , prezzo oltre la media, visto che due servi zi non erano ancora attivi, ovvero il pagoda per la piscina e il ristorante di sushi. Consigliato Happyssimo settimo piano e il ristorante interno. Il personale in servizio ad esclusioni di alcuni già navigati e preparati, risulta poco attento e poco professionale. Anche alla reception il personale risulta impreparato.

ยอดเยี่ยมครับ แผนกต้อนรับอยู่ที่ชั้น -2 ถ้าเดินมาจากสถานีรถไฟ บรรยากาศอาจจะธรรมดาไปหน่อย แต่ล็อบบี้อยู่ที่ชั้น 0 (ชั้นเดียวกับรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน) บริเวณด้านนอกร้านอาหารชั้น 0 สวยงามมาก ใกล้ย่านการเงิน เงียบสงบในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ และมีลานสเก็ต สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Centro direzionale ซึ่งเป็นสถานีปลายทางของรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินสาย 1 สะดวกมาก ตัวสถานีเองก็สวยงามและสะอาด ชั้นที่ 6 เป็นชั้นสูบบุหรี่ สามารถขอชั้นปลอดบุหรี่ได้ ซึ่งจะสูงกว่าและมีวิวที่ดีกว่า ห้องพักตกแต่งแบบเรียบง่ายด้วยไม้ ค่อนข้างใหม่ ดูเหมือนจะได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ในช่วง 2-3 ปีที่ผ่านมา การบริการก็ดีมากเช่นกัน

ทุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก การเช็คอินรวดเร็วสุดๆ พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก ระเบียงสำหรับทานอาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยมากเช่นกัน โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Naples Centrale มาก เดินประมาณ 7 นาทีพร้อมกระเป๋าเดินทาง สะดวกมากสำหรับการเที่ยวชมเมืองเนเปิลส์จากที่นี่ เนินเขาของเนเปิลส์นั้นงดงาม ทั้งในแง่ของผู้คนและทิวทัศน์ บริเวณรอบๆ สถานีมีคนที่ไม่น่าไว้วางใจอยู่บ้าง มีอยู่เยอะมาก และควรหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินในบริเวณนั้นในเวลากลางคืน แต่โรงแรมก็ไม่ได้ปิดบังที่ตั้งซึ่งอยู่ใกล้สถานี ราคาเครื่องดื่มที่บาร์สมเหตุสมผลมาก ฉันเคยเดินเล่นรอบๆ บริเวณสถานีคนเดียว แม้กระทั่งในเวลากลางคืน ก็ไม่มีปัญหาอะไร มีตำรวจจำนวนมากในบริเวณนั้นด้วย พวกเขาลาดตระเวนตามท้องถนน

The hotel is centrally located and it is so closed to the train and subway station. It is very convenient if you plan to take trains to the outskirts area. It is very safe as a lot of police will be around at night time. My only 2 suggestions are (1) the terrace should be opened for viewing Mount Versuvian. Unfortunately, it is always closed even I asked in the front desk. Second, the breakfast should have some slight change. I stayed there for 4 nights and the breakfast are the same.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, is on the busy pedestrian street of Positano but the minute you enter the hotel is a luxury oasis. Beautifully designed courtyard and swimming pool, a perfect place to spend the morning or afternoon. Classic Room was spacious even with a baby cot, not modern but has its charm. The staff are excellent, especially Antonio at the pool who took such good care of us and always carries a smile and with excellent drinks. The lady at breakfast is also so attentive to our family. Some staff are lacking friendliness which should be reviewed as 90% of the team are generally wonderful. Great breakfast buffet selection, with scrambled eggs, cheeses, cold cut, fresh fruits, fresh organic juice and pastries. Early evening in the courtyard with drinks and live music is such the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend this beautiful property!

The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Aminta. The service was excellent from start to finish – the staff were always attentive and reliable. The shuttle service in particular stood out: it ran at different hours, always on time without a single delay, and was spotless every ride. Breakfast was a highlight for me – the cappuccino and coffee were especially good, easily some of the best I’ve had on a trip. I also planned a small birthday surprise for my partner, and the hotel staff carried it out beautifully and very discreetly, which made it extra special. The location is great, the pool area is lovely with amazing views, and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. Overall, it felt like real value for money – a mix of comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.
