Nice and clean hotel with very helpful and friendly front desk and security guard. Location is very close to the Napoli Centrale which are great for a day trip to pompeii, salerno or sorrento. There were washer and dryer for guest use at a very reasonable rate of €2.50 per 30 mins wash and €2.50 per 60 mins drying. But in room amenities are limited but overall i enjoy my stay at this new hotel.

Lindas habitaciones, pero la piscina no estaba habilitada. El servicio de desayuno no nos ha gustado, era muy pobre el desayuno. No repetiría.

ผิดหวังครั้งนี้ผมจองห้อง Superior แต่พอมาห้องด้วยความประหลาดใจไม่มีโต๊ะทํางานและพอไปรีเซฟชั่นถามว่าเป็นห้อง Superior หรือเปล่า เค้าก็ตอบว่าใช่ แต่สําหรับคําถามของฉันว่า ”ทําไมไม่มีโต๊ะ” ฉันรู้สึกว่ามันสามารถ ”เป็น” และใน Superior XL ฉันจะพบโต๊ะ ทุกอย่างดูไร้สาระ พวกเขาถามฉันที่ 20.30 ฉันต้องการเปลี่ยนห้องหรือไม่ แต่ฉันไม่ยอมรับเพราะฉันจะจากไป พรุ่งนี้. ฉันพูดได้คําเดียวว่าเราต้องระมัดระวังมากขึ้นและไม่ให้คําตอบที่ละเอียดอ่อนเช่นนี้

가족휴가로 여행중에 유아한명 데리고 방문했습니다 나폴리 시내를 둘러보고 호텔에 갔는데 도시느낌에 비해 상대적으로 많이 안전하고 세련되어 보이는 호텔이였습니다 조식당 뷰도 좋고 식사도 좋았습니다 주차는 지하주차장에 직원이 주차해주고 체크아웃시 제가 직접 찾아가는 방식이였습니다 객실이 아주 널고 컷습니다 추천해요

Рекомендую к месту остановки ,удобно месторасположение ,рядом метро и музеи ,недалеко от порта ,можно дойти пешком ,минут 30/40. Вежливые хозяин,администратор ,персонал . В комнате чистота и порядок ,в восторге ! рекомендую !

Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes.

นี่คือโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟกลางเนเปิลส์ ตั้งอยู่ทางซ้ายมือของทางออกสถานี ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน และลานเฉลียงของสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินอยู่ด้านหน้า ทำให้ค่อนข้างปลอดภัย โรงแรมค่อนข้างใหม่และมีขนาดใหญ่ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของเครือโรงแรมชื่อดัง ล็อบบี้กว้างขวาง บุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย และแขกผู้เข้าพักก็มีคุณภาพ ห้องพักใหม่และมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน หากคุณต้องการพักใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ที่นี่เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุด

Superbe hôtel, très facile d'accès à la sortie de l'autoroute. Parking surveillé ! Chambre rien à redire ! Wifi impeccable. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très diversifié. Personnel très accueillant

Lovely stay had a problem with the mattress & it was sorted out that day really helpful couple no complaints at all apart from the dog barking might get on your nerves a bit.
