เมื่อวานนี้ฉันพักที่ฮอลิเดย์อินน์ได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยมมาก โรงแรมสะอาดมาก ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี และสร้างบรรยากาศที่แสนสบาย ต้องขอชื่นชมซานิกาเป็นพิเศษ เธอเป็นมิตรและเอาใจใส่ลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดีตลอดการเข้าพัก ความเป็นมืออาชีพและการต้อนรับที่อบอุ่นของเธอทำให้ประสบการณ์นี้ดียิ่งขึ้นไปอีก ฉันยังประทับใจกับการติดตามผลที่ดีเยี่ยมของโรงแรม ที่ทำให้ทุกอย่างราบรื่น โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่แสนสุขและน่าพึงพอใจอย่างแท้จริง ขอแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง!

Located 2km form kovalom beach but can walk there Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

Nice hospitality, overall very good service. Very near to airport therefore it’s very convenient. Food also good

From hospitality to warmth to cleanliness to prompt service to quality room interiors. Everywhere this hotel will score 10 out of 10. There is a roof top swimming pool with a stunning view of the ocean. Food was also excellent. This hotel was a memorable mark of our stay at alleppy.

Всем рекомендую данный отель. Все очень чисто, очень вкусно, очень душевно. Весь персонал рад тебе и готов помочь. Мы были тут в гостях одни сутки после месяца пребывания в аюрведической клиники. Так что у нас был и завтрак и обед и ужин. Муж ходил в спортзал а я на массаж лица. Спортзалтне большой,но необходимый минимум имеется. Бассейн не глубокий,но чистый. Лежаков мало, но они все свободны) в ресторане все вкусно и с заботой о госте. Удивило отсутствие рыбы... в СПА хороший массаж и косметика просто отличная. Перед процедурой комплимент- хамам. Мне очень пониавился халат в кабинете СПА, я бы хотела купить такой. на следующий год приедем снова в Индию и остановимся тут уже на 2 ночи. Все отлично. Управляющий отелем большой молодец, отличная команда!

Best part of my hotel stay was at the hotel restaurant. Dined there for dinner and breakfast and the food was good. Particularly, the breakfast buffet had a good spread. The service at the restaurant, from that of the chefs to the waiters was delightful and friendly. Special mention to the thoughtful service from Sourav, Rajesh Bhakat, Srideep and Triloka!
