Very nice hotel and stay was good

The property is in a great location and very convenient to travel around. The service from the staff was polite and up to standard. The room and facilities were clean and appropriate for the price. The food was decent and enjoyable. Overall, it was a worthwhile stay for the price paid.”

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม บรรยากาศโดยรอบสวยงาม พนักงานที่ยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานต้อนรับและพนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือมากที่สุด ประทับใจครั้งแรกที่น่ารักและยอดเยี่ยมของรีสอร์ททุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก สะอาดมีสไตล์กว้างขวางและมีบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมสําหรับอาหารค่ํา อาหารดีมากคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายบริการเอาใจใส่และมีประสิทธิภาพ ตัวห้องมีอุปกรณ์ครบครันและสะดวกสบาย ฉันพอใจมากกับการเข้าพักของฉัน ฉันหวังว่าจะได้กลับมาเยี่ยมชมอีกในอนาคต

Good hotel but as usually if you’ve booked on trip.com treated very second class. Booked a deluxe suite and put in a bog standard room. Went back to reception and it was changed. So often this happens with trip.com. Vegetarian hotel but a good non veg nearby - 5 mins by car. Room was clean and adequate and we had a comfortable stay.
