Very close to airport, staff were very helpful and the food was tasty. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

stayed at Novotel Ahmedabad for three nights during a business trip and had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel is located in a convenient central area of the city. The room was spacious, well maintained, and clean. All the amenities I needed were readily available. The service was consistently good. I ordered in-room dining twice, and the food quality was better than expected, with a good variety of options and generous portions. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with virtually everything you could want available. There is a wide selection of both local and international dishes, ensuring something for every taste. The only downside is that the breakfast area can become very crowded, especially during peak hours, and the overall setup can feel a little chaotic at times. The gym is well maintained and equipped with a great variety of machines. As someone who exercises regularly while traveling, I appreciated being able to use it every day without feeling limited by the facilities. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it appears to be well looked after and provides a pleasant option for relaxing after a busy day.

The dorm was simple but comfortable, and the common areas, like the kitchen and lounge, were perfect for socializing. I enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, shared meals, and fun events like pub crawls and cooking classes. The sense of community was amazing, and I made great friends. The hostel was a cozy and affordable base to explore the city. I left feeling inspired and grateful for the experience. This version keeps the main highlights, focusing on the positive aspects of the stay!

Nice cleantrue 4 star hotel with good service, good restaurants on LG & L9 n even stocked mini bar fridge!! Prompt response to any housekeeping n room service or cleaning requests. Despite liquor ptohibition in Gudjarat state for public, tourists cam enjoy specisl treatment and can get wine, beer, etc in this hotel. Located centrally near Ahmedabad city council, some local shops, big supermarket 5km away by tuktuk.inside well maintained n clean, nice lobby with Zodiac themed ceiling far high up, it has even old style business centre common fir 5 star hotels like Intercontinental Sydney with desktop pc + printer if you need it. Free Wifi & Air condare in all rooms. Good value ! One of top 20 with 4-Star hotels in Ahmedabad. Highly recommended. Stayed 3 nights. Andre from Sydney

พนักงานดีมาก บริการดีจริงๆ ห้องพักดูเก่าไปหน่อย... แต่สะอาด สะดวกสบาย. มันดีสําหรับ RAJKOT อาหารในร้านอาหารดี แม้ว่าอาหาร RAJKOT จะเป็นมังสวิรัติล้วนๆ และทอด ปรุงแล้ว เคี่ยวและมัน มีร้านพิซซ่าที่ยอดเยี่ยมอยู่ใกล้โรงแรมชื่อ LIETO (พิซซ่า Artisan และอื่นๆ ) ดีที่สุดใน RAJKOT ทําเลดี แต่ขอห้องที่ไม่หันไปทางถนนเพราะเสียงถนนและเสียงกรนทนไม่ได้

This hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station. However, I have had experiences which are not so nice : A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom. B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved. C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF. D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once. E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around
