Kebetulan dekat dgn rumah keluarga disana. Hotelnya bagus, servicenya baguss, kamar ok, breakfast enak. Overall puas. Thanks

I really enjoyed the food. The view is also stunning. However, the pool feels a bit small, and the fitness center has limited hours. The rooms are decent, I have a very nice sleep. highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the city center.

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

Pelayanan menginap di Hotel Bukit Lestari sangat luar biasa. Saya merasa nyaman atas pelayanan di BIL Hotel. Untuk fasilitasnya juga luar biasa, area parkir kendaraan sangat luas, ada kolam renang indoor dan outdoor, ada fasilitas gym, ada Wifi, sarapan pagi, kamarnya bersih, rapi, dan sejuk karena banyak pohon-pohon perindang yang sangat terawat. Kemudian, makanan di Restoran BIL Hotel, juga luar biasa enak sekali. Harganya juga lumayan terjangkau kalau tamu ingin membeli di luar tanggungan hotel.

Stains exists on freshly washed bed sheets. The hotel's laundry somehow couldn't get rid of such stains leading to perception of unwashed / unchanged bedsheets Bath towels have fermented smell like they have not been sunned / dried enough after washing

ห้องพักในโรงแรมดีมาก ห้องตรงตามความคาดหวังของฉัน ล็อบบี้ยอดเยี่ยม แต่ฉันคิดว่ามีปัญหากับการควบคุมน้ําร้อน น้ําร้อนหรือเย็นเกินไป มันไม่ง่ายเลยที่จะได้น้ําอุ่นที่เหมาะสมที่เหมาะสําหรับการอาบน้ํา

Really not recommended for pleasure purpose!! The curtains was broken~ so we cannot open it. The sink has lots of red spots like blood and i must clean it with tissues. The Hairdryer was broken. The foods soo tasty 👍 And they have totally tasty jamu
