The rules for check-in is too much.. we must wait the queue around 40 mnts and the room still not available at 14:59 The location is hidden~ behind of another building The room is good The employees’s service 10/10 Location 6/10

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

การบริการของการเข้าพักที่โรงแรม Bukit Lestari นั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ฉันรู้สึกสบายใจกับการบริการที่โรงแรม BIL สําหรับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน พื้นที่จอดรถกว้างขวางมาก มีสระว่ายน้ําในร่มและกลางแจ้ง มีฟิตเนส มี Wifi มีอาหารเช้า ห้องพักสะอาด เรียบร้อย เย็นสบาย เพราะมีต้นไม้ไม้ค้ํายัน ดูแลดีมาก ต่อมาอาหารที่ร้านอาหาร BIL Hotel ก็อร่อยมากเช่นกัน ราคาก็ไม่แพงมากถ้าแขกต้องการซื้อนอกโรงแรม

เราพักกับเพื่อนจากลําปาง อาหารมีให้เลือกไม่มากในขณะที่ร้านอาหารใหญ่มาก

ฉันได้เข้าพักอย่างรื่นรมย์ที่โรงแรม Arista Palembang - ห้องพักสะอาด อาหารเช้ามากมาย และทําเลยุทธศาสตร์ในใจกลางเมือง จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนในครั้งหน้า! 😊

It was amazing, they clean the rooms if we requested but the air-conditioning worked for a few days then it stop getting cooler. However, they were quick to take action when we called them to check on it. Great area for using grab taxi. And it was close the shopping mall. Friendly and kind staff, making it easier to get to different places in Palembang.
