Nice hotel except the towel is like an old rug. Management - Please get new towels for the guess. We have paid the price, but we did not get the quality we expected
Perfect for families — the room is spacious and clean, ideal for bringing a baby. The service is also great, even when we requested additional cleaning after our baby's complementary food (MPASI) got messy and spilled on the floor. The price is also quite satisfying. Keep up the good work!
Its a beautiful hotel with wonderful ameneties and room. The entire stay from check-in to check out went so smoothly, we didn't have to worry about anything after a long car trip! I also want to give a warm thank you to Kak Ida at front office who is so friendly and helpful when we were checking in. Had an incredible stay! Will be coming back here in the future.

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful.
But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available.
They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.
YYunanistya RahmadhianiWe booked two rooms. When one of the rooms, the AC was not cold, called the receptionist, and was responded to well. An hour later, the room was cold again. Breakfast is quite varied.
MMiranda TjahjadiSdh menginap dr tahun sebelumnya. Smuanya bagus dan TDK mengecewakan. Hanya satu saja masukan mohon lebih di brefing LG utk petugas hotel agar LBH ramah. Apalagi di bagian menjaga di area luar apabila ada tamu tidak ada salahnya utk mengucapkan salam atau jika melihat tamu yg kerepotan hanya sekedar membukakan pintu saja apakah TDK bisa. Itu saja masukan nya mohon petugas hotel LBH helpfull THD tamu. Dan lebih peka THD lingkungan sekitar.

No closet, no water bottles, but you can ask the operator to jug water to your room. Breakfast service needs to be improved. It’s a la carte, not buffet. Service for breakfast is under average.
But the receptionists have good service. Parking area is limited and it’s very small, but vallet is provided.

LLay KhengWe requested for high floor and good view and we’re obliged. We were told it is the new wing, however it is still somewhat oldish looking, especially the toilet is rather simply furnished.
Breakfast spread is alright and has a lot of guest every morning
ผผู้เข้าพักThe staff's friendliness saved the day, for them, Everyone from security, front desk, wait staff - was warm and welcoming. Some even had the sincerest SMILE I have ever seen. 👍👍
Several areas of concerns are, however :
- The Housekeeping staff who was in charge of my floor, had a seriiously BAD BODY ODOUR problem: ome that would stay and linger in the room and even in the corridor.
- The food served during Breakfast was varied enough. However, the quality needs major improvement. For example, the CEREAL that I had was the most artificial tasting cereal ever! It was actually quite disgusting. And the service in the PADI Restaurant can be improved, for example: No one cared enough to EMPTY THE ASH TRAYS in the smoking area; also, quite a few times, NO STAFF was seen on the fooors, it seemed as if they were ”gathering” somewhere that would not be visible by the guests on purpose!
- The Saftey Deposit Box was not working properly and needed fixing. Someone from ROOMS Dept or ENGINEERING Dept should regularly check every room periodically, without fail!
- Last but not least, the pillow in my room smelled like something rotten / a dead rat. Very disgusting
