ฉันมีปัญหาที่จองห้องไว้สามห้อง แต่โรงแรมหาห้องที่จองไว้ได้แค่ห้องเดียว ฉันแสดงรายละเอียดการจองจาก Trip ให้พนักงานดู และพวกเขาก็รู้ว่าฉันมีห้องสามห้อง หลังจากผ่านไปประมาณ 20 นาที พวกเขาก็ให้ห้องเพิ่มเติมสองห้องแก่ฉัน และบอกว่าจะตรวจสอบให้ ฉันพอใจมากที่พวกเขาสามารถจัดการเรื่องนี้ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก เดินเพียงสองนาทีก็ถึงหน้าหาด เราสามารถใช้ห้องออกกำลังกายที่เปิดตลอด 25 ชั่วโมงและสปาของที่พักได้ แม่ของฉันเป็นคนเดียวที่ไปที่นั่น และเธอชอบที่นั่นมาก ฉันจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

พนักงานน่ารักที่ห้องเช็คอิน สะอาด สบายแม้ว่าจะนอนไม่หลับ แต่ก็ต้องตื่น 5-6 ครั้งเพราะเสียงหอนดังจากห้องน้ำ อาจเกิดจากท่อน้ำ ไม่แน่ใจว่าได้ส่งข้อความถึงที่พักเมื่อเช้านี้หรือยัง แต่ยังไม่ได้ยินคำตอบกลับ ที่ตั้งก็ดีมาก และบางทีฉันอาจจะโชคร้ายที่นอนหลับไม่สบาย

ทําเลเยี่ยม วิวจากห้องพักก็เยี่ยมมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือราคาที่จอดรถที่โรงแรมเลยต้องใช้สถานที่อื่นสําหรับนั้น

Great hotel, the room was lovely & so was the pool area! We went on the weekend at the start of half term so there was a lot of family’s there & children. I heard the week is better if you don’t want lots of children around but for us this wasn’t an issue. The hotel is very big & there is lots around. It is also in a great location close to the beach, parks & walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

A very comfortable hotel, felt welcoming with their friendly staffs, an eco environment in every aspect and a lovely patio garden cafe with parasol and sofa. Great for family of 4, beds were comfy and the room was cool in summer with its clever eco cooling system. Location is great next to the M5 with easy access to Cornwall and Devon seasides.

This is an awesome hotel.everything is top notch,the staff the decor the food the location absolutely first class.we will 100% be back again and again

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。
