My partner and I were really impressed by this hotel. We were given a warm welcome by the friendly staff, our room was easy to access and really clean and comfortable and stylish, with a sea view. There was plenty of storage and clothes-hanging space and the shower was excellent. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever seen - amazing choice and all good quality fare. It was great to be able to bring our dog along and she was even allowed to join us for breakfast as long as we sat at the tables furthest from the buffet, which was perfectly understandable. We look forward to staying here again and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Treated myself to a wonderful back massage and pedicure with Spa manager Mel. The spa area itself was luxurious and Mel was so friendly and welcoming. Both treatments were first class. It's nice to discover a therapist who not only knows what they are doing but has such a warm and caring presence. I am returning for a reflexology session next!

Lovely hotel nice view drinks not to expensive great staff helpful and polite nothing to much hassle spar was amazing mel the spar manager really knows her craft a wonderful relaxing massage would definitely recommend worth every penny perfect

The Hotel was nice stylish and very welcoming on arrival very polite and helpful.the hotel decor was gorgeous relaxing and easy to use lifts to your room.the room was gorgeous with seaview and it was the best sleep we had.the lady gave us extra towel not knowing the towels were behind the door which we didn’t see,the view was gorgeous day and night.well worth getting the seaview. Well recommended.will defo visit again.

Really friendly staff, room good size, good storage and comfortable bed. Would be perfect with a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was far superior to the Mercure next door from when we stayed a few months back.

Very good 3 star hotel. I don't usually go for Ibis as they are a step down from Travelodge. However Ibis Styles is a good 3 star hotel. The hotel In Paignton is modern and has a nice reception area and a good size room. There isn't much difference from that and the Mercure next door

In its price bracket there’s little to fault, but parking is limited and tight even off season.i paid for parking (£15/night) on checkin but wasn’t guaranteed parking. On checkout zi was chased for parking despite having paid. I have no other negative comments to make.

I had billing experiences around parking which was limited and not guaranteed. Despite taking a card swipe for parking I was pursued for payment after I left. The room was clean and the staff were helpful but the parking situation would put this accommodation lower on the revisit list.

As locals visited for a drink and to be nosey. We were greeted by Kiara who has a welcoming smile and a wonderful personality. On ordering our drinks we were disappointed to find that like their Sister Hotel they do not stock any Gluten Free beers! Kiara was very switched on and said she would address this with the Manger as she knew there was a call for it. The Hotel has lovely calming decor and a prime spot for a view on the seafront. Although we didn't eat the menu offered numerous options including GF fish fingers (bonus! ) All in all the prices were slightly above normal for the area but that's usual for a prime spot Hotel and we would visit again. Thanks to Kiara for making the visit a pleasant experience and, hopefully, she can encourage the Management to stick some GF beers!
