Staff are friendly and helpful, lovely christmas decorations. Located right next to train station. Their car park was full when we arrived so we had to wait for someone to leave to park up the car. Room is relatively small for this price but perfect for a short stay with the location. Corridor needs some work.

I had a good stay but was slightly put off by the cleanliness standard. Didn’t look like the carpet had been hoovered properly and toilet seat hadn’t been wiped and this was after I had to request a room change because I found an opened drink bottle in the first room.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Awesome 1 night stay over, used the gym facilities in this occasion and were of an excellent standard all round. As always, cannot praise the staff enough and the beautiful room once again! 10 out of 10 ☺️

Very nice experience, everyone friendly. Rooms looked newly renovated and clean. Only downside was the pool and sauna was closed down and no longer available, trip photos show pool and spa but be warned this is now close for the foreseeable future.

ทําเลน่ารัก (หมู่บ้านสวย) บริเวณน่ารักและทางเข้าประทับใจ อย่างไรก็ตามเราไม่ได้อยู่ในโรงแรมหลัก ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่แต่ออกแนวเก่า หลังคาลาดชันด้านข้างซึ่งเราทุบหัวหลายครั้ง หน้าต่างเล็กทําให้อับและมืดมากไม่มีไฟหลักในห้องนอนมีแต่โคมไฟ เตียงนอนเป็นขนาดคิงส์ไซส์และนอนสบาย ห้องพักและห้องน้ําสะอาด เราใช้บริการห้องอาหารครั้งนึงสําหรับมื้อค่ําและเราได้ทานอาหารเช้า 2 มื้อ และอาหารก็น่าทานและสมราคา อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบบริการตัวเอง(เหมือนของเรารวม) มีหลากหลายดีและหลากหลาย พนักงานเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีแต่เป็นมืออาชีพ เราไม่ได้ใช้สระว่ายน้ําในตอนท้ายเพราะหมายถึงการออกไปข้างนอกและกลับเข้าไปด้านในเนื่องจากห้องพักของเราไม่ได้เชื่อมต่อกับเส้นทางที่ครอบคลุมไปยังสระว่ายน้ํา ไม่มีอะไรน่าบ่นจริงๆ แต่เราคาดหวังว่าห้องจะหรูหรากว่านี้หน่อย ราคาเกินราคาสําหรับห้องเล็กน้อย คาดว่าราคาก็ขึ้นอยู่กับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่มีอยู่

From the outside, the hotel makes a charming first impression with its elegant façade, ornate balconies, and a warmly lit lobby that exudes a sense of old-world charm. The check-in process is smooth, and the staff are courteous and eager to help. The room was clean and spacious, the décor is a bit dated but it adds a character to the place and I like it. The only small issue was, there’s no window only a door to the balcony which is locked and we cannot access it making the room stuffy. Also, it was difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep due to a noise of exhaust fan in the bathroom throughout the night. The bed was comfortable and having an iron was a bonus. Will I stay again? Definitely.

Best Western Plus Buxton Hotel Stayed here for one night during my Peak District trip. The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of Buxton and close to the Pavilion Gardens, bus stops, and walking routes. The room was clean, comfortable, and warm — perfect after a long day of hiking. Staff were polite and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. A solid choice if you’re exploring Buxton and the Peak District using public transport.
