Location is a 20mins walk to the city center, simple buffet breakfast, friendly receptionist. Room is simple and basic, most importantly it was clean. Microwave and water cooler available for use at the cafe located next to the lobby. 10mins walk away from Santa Justa station

On a passé une nuitée à Los Amigos en mois de décembre. Le mersonnel était gentil et bien accueillant, l'installation du lit pour mon bébé était faite en temps record. La chambre, la cuisine et le séjour étaient parfaitement propre. Notre chambre avait une vue sur piscine, c'était fascinant. Un restaurant et un supermarché juste à côté dans le même batiment. Je recommande.

This hotel is punching above its weight and winning. The staff are all really friendly and really take pride in making sure your stay goes well. While on holiday I had a problem with my suitcase not wanting to unlock (likely due to being thrown about in the plane). The staff helped me and found a solution to get inside by cutting the tags and smoothing them off to avoid injury. Without which I'd have had no clothes for the trip. While in Spain we had the national power outage which was totally beyond anyone's control. The staff handled this the best they possibly could. Allowing us to gather water from the pool to aid with flushing toilets, which were affected by the power outage. Providing us with candles and matches. As well as the rooms having a torch inside. When the power came back on, they organised a get-together with complimentary drinks and nibbles to thank us for our patience. This was a lovely touch even though this wasn't the hotels fault. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and I was so impressed by the new design and choices that had been made. The resort was kept clean all the time by the fantastic cleaning team who were always doing something. All members of staff were friendly and were on board with the hotels pledge to reduce its environmental impact. The hotel doesn't have dedicated parking but on street free parking is so easy to find between the hotel and the park that this isn't an issue. The location is minutes away from the seafront and a selection of places to get breakfast and other meals. I've been to this hotel before, but I've seen a real improvement this year in how Sahara Sunset is being ran. I look forward to seeing how they continue to develop.

This is a second hand review on behalf of family, but by all accounts, both my brother and his wife enjoyed their one stay at the hotel. They commented on the excellent location, with a hop on/off bus meters away. The hotel is central and all the tourist attractions were in walking distance. Breakfast was standard.

ห้องพักเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยมาก พนักงานน่ารักมาก เราพบแมลงในห้องในคืนแรก แต่พนักงานช่วยเราเปลี่ยนห้องอย่างรวดเร็ว ทําเลที่ตั้งดีและใกล้สถานี ประสบการณ์โดยรวมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก จะเลือกโรงแรมแบรนด์นี้อีกในอนาคต

+ พนักงานน่ารักครับ. + เครื่องนอนสะอาด +อาหารอร่อย. - ร้านอาหาร/โรงอาหาร - สกปรกมากจนบรรยายไม่ถูก ช้อนส้อม จาน แก้ว สกปรกมากจนคุณสามารถเดาได้ว่าผู้ใช้คนก่อนๆ ใช้สิ่งเหล่านี้กินอะไร มันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าขยะแขยง

Apartamento nuevo,limpio y muy equipadoTenia TV,ventilador techo y a/ tanto en comedor como en habitación.También disponía de lavadora y lavavillas.Cerca paseo marítimo....sin duda un lugar muy recomendable

We had three nights in Novotel. Location wise it is really close from the train station and the bus stand infront brings you directly to the centre as well as the airport. There is a mall beside so you can buy stuff from the Carrefour. Nothing can complain about the cleanliness too. However, a guy at the reception desk attended us for check in. We asked for stuff like what is complimentary at the mini bar, dental kit and slippers but he wasnt not really friendly in answering us. Also to our surprise that Novotel doesn’t provide dental kit, which is exceptional for our stay in experience. Other hotels have been able to provide it. Also when we checked out early morning on our last day, the same guy attended us. I asked for his help to book a taxi for us. When I asked how long will it take, he was really impatient and rude in answering. Likely won’t return to this hotel for the next stay in Sevilla.
