โรงแรมอัจฉริยะแห่งนี้น่าประหลาดใจมาก! เครื่องเช็คอินด้วยตนเองสะดวกสุด ๆ และไฟในห้อง เครื่องปรับอากาศ และผ้าม่านก็ฉลาดทั้งหมด คุณภาพของภาพทีวีนั้นชัดเจน และฉันก็สนุกกับการดูก่อนนอน หุ่นยนต์ส่งของทันเวลาและบริการมีประสิทธิภาพและน่าสนใจ ความรู้สึกของวิทยาศาสตร์และความสะดวกสบายเข้ากัน และประสบการณ์ก็สมบูรณ์แบบ!

Viborg Hotel is conveniently located in the city vicinity amidst a scenic beautiful lake. It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff, great breakfast menu and convenient room accommodation. It’s an hour drive from Billund Airport and 30-minute drive to Bjerringbro where we had our business meeting. We explored Viborg with its old and preserved buildings with cobblestone roads which reminds one of Paris.

Visited Horsens for the Thomas and Uber Cup and picked this hotel as there were not many choices in the city. The location of the hotel was fine and took less than 20 minutes of driving to reach Horsens city center. The room is nicely maintained and clean. The availability of a convenience store nextdoor is a plus as games ended very late at night and it's great to have some bites after that. However, despite that the hotel is under the Sheraton hotel chain, there were quite some areas that had fallen short of expectation. First, there were insufficient staff and you would have to wait and hope someone would turn up at the reception desk. Second, there was no amenity available, not even slippers, toothbrush and other basic things. Third, there was shortage of towels and I could only get one large towel after 10 hours of stay in the hotel, and I was never able to get a fresh one in my 4 days of stay. Bathroom mat was not available and thus the floor was always wet after shower. Lastly and most importantly, the staff failed to update my period of stay and my key card was disabled on my last day of stay. When I returned to the hotel after midnight, i could not get into my room and the reception was closed with no one there to help. I had to make a call using roaming to the helpline, and spent over 8 minutes of international calling and probably hundreds of dollars of call charge to get my key card functions again. That totally blew my trip as it should not happen in the first place. All in all, quite a dissatisfied stay.

Topklasse service. Havde forespurgt på tidligere check in, hvilket de ville sørge for. Receptionen ringede tilbage på ankomst dagen for at bekræfte at det var muligt. Samtidig blev jeg oplyst om at der var ændret parkeringsregler. Virkelig god service. Morgenmaden er meget lækker. Her kommer jeg gerne tilbage til.

We had a nice big room with beautiful nature view. The breakfast was delicious. We’ve enjoyed the adults only spa (even it costs in addition). The roof top pool is amazing and the service was excellent. We would book it again.

การเดินทางสะดวกจริงๆ ! อยู่ใจกลางเมือง ไม่บอกว่าไกลจากศูนย์รวมการขนส่งหลัก และแหล่งท่องเที่ยวของหอศิลป์ และซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต อยู่กันคนละฝั่งกัน โรงแรมก็สะอาดเรียบร้อยดี! สวยมาก! อาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างหลากหลาย มียิมให้ด้วย

โรงแรมมาก สุขาภิบาล เดินทางสะดวกมาก อาหารเช้าเยอะ มีร้านอาหารเยอะ โลเคชั่นเหนือกว่า ที่จอดรถฟรี แนะนํา

FC Mitt Willan เป็นโรงแรมที่เคยเห็น Jo Kyu-sung แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันเป็นโรงแรมที่สะอาดและดีที่สุดในเฮอร์หนิง! เหนือสิ่งอื่นใดพนักงานโรงแรมก็เป็นกันเองมาก มาถึง 10 โมง เช็คอินทันที ยิ้มทุกครั้งที่ผ่านแผนกต้อนรับ กรุณาพาฉันไปที่สระว่ายน้ํา ซาวน่า ยิม ฯลฯ เลยต้องมาอีกเพราะโรงแรม คิด!! อาหารเช้าที่โรงแรมโอเค แต่ขนมปังอร่อยมากจริงๆ เลยถามพนักงานว่าจะขายที่ไหนและไปร้านเบเกอรี่ ช่วยใช้ไมโครเวฟตอนดึกๆ เลย ไปพักผ่อนดีๆ ทุกคนที่มาเฮอร์หนิงเพื่อดูโจคูซุงแนะนําที่นี่จริงๆ-!

Excellent location and very spacious but room was admittedly dusty and could be better on cleaning. My card also failed three times and I had to keep going to the concierge to get it reset; they eventually gave me key cards of another design which worked.
