酒店前台人員非常熱情有禮貌，入住當天還贈送了禮物，很驚喜很感謝，酒店位置也很好，離超市很近，步行幾分鐘即可到達中心廣場，房間有暖氣很暖和，也很乾凈，一切都很好，值得入住.

Nice breakfast, convenient location very close to the attractions. But no parking inside the hotel, we need to find ourselves and a public parking Regina Maria needs 10 min walk from the hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor requires us to take the luggage by stairs, no lift. And also air con is not cold enough, quite hot and stuffy in the room.

This place was honestly really good value for money. Clean, comfortable and classically decorated, it was all you could want in a hotel. The rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones) were all different and absolutely huge. It felt like being in a manor house - so if you want that classic european experience I would definitely reccomend. The only downside was the hot water in the shower wasnt that consistent, but it was enough for a quick rinse.

Perfect! Everything was amazing.

It was a wonderful two nights to stay here. It's in the center, closed by for everything. I would like to recommend staying here.

It is surprisingly hard to find hotels that offer proper twin rooms (two separate beds), but this place has them in their offer, which is a rare and great advantage. Breakfast Included: Having a delicious breakfast included in the price was very convenient and added great value to the stay. Spotless Rooms: The room was impeccably clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful Staff: The service was excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.
