We stayed at Best Western Plus Puerto Princesa for one night before our flight to Manila, and it was a wonderful experience. After exploring beautiful Palawan, it was the perfect place to relax before continuing our journey. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. What made our stay special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and they made sure we had a smooth and pleasant stay. Even though our visit was short, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of us. We would happily stay here again when visiting Palawan!

We loved this hotel. The garden was beautiful. The pool was clean, and we went for a swim. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a standard room for a super cheap price. It was excellent value for money. The internet was great, and the room.comfortable and clean. Coffee in the morning was provided. We really recommend it.

Need a few renovations. Lighting of the room can be fixed a bit, more light. Overall, it was a rather good stay. Value for money it is. Oh p.s. i still think the bath towels need newer sets.

Nice enough hotel, lots to do nearby...friendly staff. The decor was dated a bit. The only real downside was the very poor breakfast, all the food was cold

The staff were by far the best thing about this place! They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The place itself was good and the room was nice and clean but the bed was a little small and my husband is quite tall. There was a decent little swimming pool downstairs. We were only there for one night so didn’t really explore the local area but booked the firefly tour through the hotel which was a lovely little excursion. The breakfast was good and there were some decent veggie options on the standard menu!

Fantastic stay overall with lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Very disappointed to have stayed over Valentine’s Day with no warning that we needed to book a table for dinner, having not done so every other evening. The restaurant was full with non resident guests and we were left with no option other than to have a food delivery which we ate in our room. Please warn future guests if there are special events taking place so that they can book the restaurant if required.

Overall, I would this hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. It provides good value for money and relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location, making it ideal for families,business travelers,couples. I would definitely consider staying here again

Im so delighted with the staff who provided me amazing service and hospitality. Kudos to NINA, Walter and to all staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. I will certainly be back. Room is clean and has cool AC. Quiet and homey place to stay. Just 1 ride from airport and nearby tourist spots

This was our second time staying here. This hotel and its staff always provide quality service. From the delicious Buffett breakfast to the free airport shuttle, it’s a great value. Highly recommended.

What you see on photos is what you get in actual..the hot shower with strong water pressure was a plus after dive day or island hopping day👍the staff were very accomodating..and the wifi is real good..will definitely reco it to my friends😆😆
