Good day, Astoria! I sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality, the comfortable accommodation, and the exceptional service throughout my stay. Every member of your team made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. A special thank you to the dining staff for the wonderful birthday surprise. The beautiful balloons, delicious cupcake, and the heartfelt singing of ”Happy Birthday” made my celebration extra special. Your thoughtful gesture turned an ordinary meal into a truly memorable experience that I will always treasure. Furthermore, my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team for your prompt assistance and for attending to our needs with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The sea at Nacpan in the early morning is a blue-grey colour, not dull grey but textured, almost like matte glass. The light comes slowly over the mountains and spreads across the water. I joined the free morning yoga class the resort offers, on the beach, which was very comfortable. One small frustration: not enough storage in the villa. Not many shelves or hooks, so camera gear and clothes had nowhere to go. The suitcase stayed open on the floor the whole time, which gets awkward in a small space. If you’re bringing a lot, just know that going in. The room has a coffee machine and mini fridge, but I still liked walking to the restaurant. Head out before sunset, lie on a sun lounger, have dinner, then wander back slowly. The stars at night were more than I expected.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เพียง 5 นาทีจากท่าเรือและใกล้กับใจกลางเมือง ค่ารถตุ๊ก-ตุ๊กอยู่ที่ 30 เปโซต่อคน แม้ว่าจะไม่มีร้านค้าดีๆ มากมายในใจกลางเมืองก็ตาม การบริการดีมาก สุขอนามัยดี และมีสระว่ายน้ำถึง 3 สระ รวมทั้งสระเด็กด้วย แผนกต้อนรับดีมากและริเริ่มเพื่อช่วยให้เราติดต่อบริการเชื่อมต่อของโรงแรมถัดไปซึ่งราบรื่น อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำค่อนข้างพื้นฐาน ไม่มีครีมนวด คุณภาพแชมพูไม่ค่อยดี และแอร์ที่หน้าต่างในห้องดังเกินไป ฉันตัดสินใจพักที่นี่เพื่อความสะดวกในการไปทะเลเท่านั้น ไม่มีชายหาด แต่โรงแรมอื่นในบริเวณนี้ไม่มีชายหาดตั้งแต่แรก ร้านอาหารมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่นักและอาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างเข้มข้น โจ๊กสามประเภทก็ค่อนข้างอร่อยและขนมอบก็ค่อนข้างดีเช่นกัน

This room was a nice treat, the room was massive! I love the Japanese inspired design and the smart toilet. The hotel is quiet and very close to the Lio beach front with cafes and restaurants (2min walk). It’s a nice beach too, to watch planes take off from the nearby El Nido airport. The hotel offers a free loan of electric bikes which was fun to explore the surroundings. I spotted monkeys outside the accommodation too! They offer a free shuttle every hour to El Nido town which is helpful if you have a tour, are going to the port, or just want to explore. Ron, the driver, is nice and helpful. The service really is the best part of the experience. Every single hotel worker and cleaning staff greeted us with smiles and welcomes, and went out of their way to look after their guests, particularly the reception staff Marv, Par, Rich, and Dan. Marv gave us local recommendations.

This resort is best resort where I have ever been to. Staffs were really nice and kind every time. They helped us to make good memories. Complementary activities were good. We really recommend island hopping. This resort is rich in nature beauty. I will absolutely come back in near future.

I was honestly a bit disappointed with this resort. When you see the word “resort” and pay resort prices, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that. The bed only had a thin sheet with no proper bedding, there was no water provided in the room, and parts of the property felt quite run down with visible rust. The bathroom, especially the shower area, could really use a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were four different WiFi networks, but none of them worked properly and the connection was very slow. The staff did warn me about this in advance. That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing. Reception went above and beyond by helping with my large bags, doing my laundry, organizing tours and transport, and assisting with everything I needed. Truly a chef’s kiss to the team. They were the highlight of my stay. With some upgrades and better maintenance, this place could match the price they’re charging. Right now, it’s the staff that make the experience worthwhile.
