Good day, Astoria! I sincerely appreciate the warm hospitality, the comfortable accommodation, and the exceptional service throughout my stay. Every member of your team made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. A special thank you to the dining staff for the wonderful birthday surprise. The beautiful balloons, delicious cupcake, and the heartfelt singing of ”Happy Birthday” made my celebration extra special. Your thoughtful gesture turned an ordinary meal into a truly memorable experience that I will always treasure. Furthermore, my heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping team for your prompt assistance and for attending to our needs with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. I made the best choice in picking ERYM to host us during our Coron trip! It was very convenient for us (2 Adults, 1 Senior). Staff were soooo friendly and their service is excellent! Food is nice too! Really had fun with their songs to welcome and say goodbye. El Rio had everything we needed and we didn’t have to stress about anything aside from wanting to get back so soon!

* Upon arrival, the air conditioning unit in our villa was not properly maintained. The filter was extremely dirty and clogged, causing excessive noise and poor performance. We had to clean it ourselves in order to use it. * There is little to no mobile signal in the area, and the WiFi connection has been unreliable due to ongoing maintenance, making it very difficult to stay connected. * There has been significant noise disturbance from construction work directly behind our villa, including the use of loud power tools throughout most of the day over several days. * We were only informed about a wedding taking place upon check-in. As a result, we were unable to use the sunbeds located outside our villa and had to relocate further away. Also due to the wedding taking place, the hotel had to make many soundchecks during the day before, playing very loud music which made it hard to relax on the beach. The wedding guests (80+ people) were allowed to use the villa next to us, as their designated toilet, which caused a lot of back and forth from the weddings guests right by our villa. This made it difficult to relax. * Additionally, we find that the restaurant prices are quite high compared to the quality of the food. For example, breakfast at 800 PHP did not meet basic expectations, as even simple items such as cheese and ham for bread were missing. I’m also sorry to say that the chicken adobo is tasteless, and on the menu it says the menu has been created by a Michelin chef. My mango daquiri tasted only of alcohol, so I had to ask for one with less alcohol. As a certified bartender, that is unacceptable. Even the French fries were not done properly as they needed more time in the oven (I think that’s what they used to make them at least, I would prefer if they were fried in oil though). However, very good mango shakes. * We would also like to mention that the access roads leading to the property are in very poor condition. The roads consist mainly of uneven gravel and are full of deep potholes, which make driving quite difficult and uncomfortable. In some areas, it is only possible to drive at around 10 km/h due to the condition of the road. We believe that the roads would greatly benefit from proper maintenance or being paved with cement, as this would significantly improve accessibility and the overall guest experience. We understand that some of these issues may be temporary or unforeseen, but taken together they have had a significant impact on our stay. However I would really like to highlight Hazel from the reception at the Nacpan Beach Villas. She was really sweet and thorough when we had any questions and went the extra mile for us. She deserves a raise. Please let her know we were really happy with her and really appreciated her.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก เพียง 5 นาทีจากท่าเรือและใกล้กับใจกลางเมือง ค่ารถตุ๊ก-ตุ๊กอยู่ที่ 30 เปโซต่อคน แม้ว่าจะไม่มีร้านค้าดีๆ มากมายในใจกลางเมืองก็ตาม การบริการดีมาก สุขอนามัยดี และมีสระว่ายน้ำถึง 3 สระ รวมทั้งสระเด็กด้วย แผนกต้อนรับดีมากและริเริ่มเพื่อช่วยให้เราติดต่อบริการเชื่อมต่อของโรงแรมถัดไปซึ่งราบรื่น อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำค่อนข้างพื้นฐาน ไม่มีครีมนวด คุณภาพแชมพูไม่ค่อยดี และแอร์ที่หน้าต่างในห้องดังเกินไป ฉันตัดสินใจพักที่นี่เพื่อความสะดวกในการไปทะเลเท่านั้น ไม่มีชายหาด แต่โรงแรมอื่นในบริเวณนี้ไม่มีชายหาดตั้งแต่แรก ร้านอาหารมีขนาดไม่ใหญ่นักและอาหารเช้าก็ค่อนข้างเข้มข้น โจ๊กสามประเภทก็ค่อนข้างอร่อยและขนมอบก็ค่อนข้างดีเช่นกัน

”One thing worth knowing if you’re travelling with kids: there are no children’s facilities, no waterslides, nothing like that. This is the kind of place that makes adults want to slow down. As for the kids, the pool isn’t deep, and right next door is Lio Beach. They also have footballs and volleyballs to borrow. We sat at a nearby café eating ice cream while watching them play, and I think that’s honestly one of the best things a parent can experience. There’s a hotel shuttle roughly every hour that you can book to go into town. We arranged island hopping through the hotel, took the shuttle to the departure point in the morning, and found the area there had far more restaurants and shops than around the hotel. After the tour we stayed a bit longer in town before heading back, though not being able to shower straight away was a slight downside. On the room itself, two sinks is a mum’s dream. There’s a kitchen but I had no intention of cooking. Still, being able to wash fruit and have it ready was genuinely useful. Two large double beds, both very comfortable, and after a full day of activity the kids were asleep before we even had to ask.”

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Thank you for an exceptional stay!
