The hotel gives good value for your money considering its location. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfy and breakfast was good. It was close to where boats dock for the tours. With access to restaurants, shops, tour offices and rental shops. The sunset view in front of the hotel was also something to look forward to on great evenings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Sets your expectations about the water potability which we appreciate, because it's better safe than sorry. I will definitely book the hotel again if their prices remain reasonable.

I had such a great experience staying at S Resort El Nido. The location is super convenient, it’s close to everything! Restaurants, shops, and the starting points for island-hopping tours are all just a short walk or tricycle ride away, which made getting around really easy. The best part for me was the rooftop. The view from up there is stunning, you can see the dramatic limestone cliffs and surrounding greenery, and sunrise and susset. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of island tours or to catch the sunset with a drink in hand. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, but still feels relaxed and welcoming. The staff were friendly and always happy to help, which made the stay even better. If you’re looking for a comfortable, accessible place to stay in El Nido with amazing views and a great location, Hue is a solid choice. I’d definitely come back.

Casalay Resort truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing staff who made us feel like family. Everyone was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely caring — we especially loved catching up with them after our daily activities. It’s those small, personal touches that made our stay so special and unforgettable. The resort itself is a peaceful and beautiful escape — the villas are charming and surrounded by nature. Breakfast was always delicious and filling, the perfect way to start each day. We do have a few small suggestions that might make future stays even better: 1. Blackout curtains on the villa verandas for those who like to sleep in. 2. Clothing hooks in the shower or changing rooms would be super convenient. 3. It would be great to have an option for two queen beds in rooms, especially for friends traveling together. 4. And if all villas are fully booked, we think it would be such a lovely idea for the resort to organize a long dinner or a small evening activity for all guests to connect and enjoy the evening together under the stars. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you again to the entire Casalay team for making our stay so warm, relaxing, and memorable. We’ll definitely be recommending your resort to our family and friends — 100% love and appreciation from us to all of you!

My stay here was ok, but I would definitely not return. The biggest turn offs were - when you enter the building and take the elevator to the floor where reception is, the elevator literally smells like dirty wet stinky socks. Always. It's disgusting, and the first impression you get of the hotel itself. The first room that I was given had a horrible smell or mold - and I asked the staff to step inside and if they would stay in a room that smelled that bad. I did sleep in that room one night, and when the a/c turns off, it drips inside the ducts for quite a while. I'm sure that there's a build up of mold because it's quite strong. They moved me to an upgraded room, which they had sprayed with a deoderizer - as if that would convince me that it would be any different - and it smelled good....for about an hour, and then the mold smell that I had smelled in the first room was also noticable in the new room. For breakfast, you have a choice of 3 or 4 different types of menus. The portion sizes are great but you won't starve either. The rooms would be great if it were'nt for the smell. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and cleaned daily.

พักที่โรงแรมนี้สามคืน โรงแรมมีค่าใช้จ่ายอย่างแน่นอน เจ้าของโรงแรมเป็นชาวดัตช์ แค่ผู้ชายที่น่าทึ่ง ตัวเองช่วยเราจัดทัวร์ทะเลเป็นการส่วนตัว โทรหาเราเช่าจักรยานสั่งให้เราโอนไปยังถนนด้านหลังและแม้แต่เงินดอลลาร์ก็เปลี่ยนเรา สรุปคือ ถ้าคุณมาที่โรงแรมนี้ ไม่มีปัญหาองค์กรที่ต้องแก้ไข ทั้งหมดจะจัดเตรียมไว้ในโรงแรม ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก อาหารเช้าที่ดี พกพาแต่สําหรับตัวเลือก บังคับให้ทานอาหารเย็นที่โรงแรม พ่อครัวอร่อยมาก มีข้อเสียหนึ่งคือโรงแรมติดถนนและห้องพักทุกห้องมองไปทางถนนเพราะคืนนี้ค่อนข้างเสียงดัง แต่สิ่งที่แย่ที่สุดสําหรับฉันไม่ใช่รถ แต่มีสุนัขและลูกสุนัขที่ตะโกนทั้งวัน แต่ถ้านอนไม่ลําบากก็ไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน

This place was absolute paradise. The beach is stunning with beautiful sunsets just around the corner. There are loads of beach bars and restaurants around and the beach is clean with clear waters. Many tourists travel here for the day and stay elsewhere so this place was perfect for those evenings in a bar or on the porch and looking at the sea. This place is right on the sea and listening to the waves while falling asleep was relaxing. The amenities were excellent and a lovely warm shower to wash away the sand. The only issue with this place was the service and lack of cleaning/ restocking. Sand is an inevitability and we lacked the necessary tools to clean the room so it got quite sandy after a couple of days and the cups from the welcome drinks were there for three days. We don’t require or expect daily cleaning but we stayed 5 nights and the room was made up once (not including bedding and towels). That being said, this place is amazing. There are few better locations and the calmness made for a perfect little break for us. Will definitely stay here again! Also a little bonus for dog lovers- there is a gorgeous little beach dog that chills on the porch and gets excited every time you come and go! He was super friendly, loving us and loved by all the guests!

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.
