Nice place which is near Cagsaua Ruins. Very Clean room, comfy beds, there's no landline telephone in our room though. There were issues with regards to nobody answering our calls, room cleaning had to be followed up cause upon returning from our tour after 4 hours hindi pa nagawa, and inconsistencies in shuttle rules that were confusing. However, we were happy naman cause the staff were courteous and respectful.

Room was clean. And breakfast was good. There is an on going renovation beside the restaurant. And my room view was not in the side of Mayon. Restroom was difficult to use because water was limited and there was no door to shower area, making the water splash all over at the toilet part.

All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

The hotel was generally good clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff. However, I was quite disappointed that there was no water supply during our stay. We had to call reception just to get a bucket of water, which was very inconvenient. Hopefully, this can be resolve soon because everything else was nice.

The hotel is cozy and near commercial district of legaspi.

this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.

WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️ From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended! Plus, ung tranfer to airport na kasama sa package, kahit super aga ng flight namin, they are willing to give you car service ❤️ Thank you so much, A Traveller’s Inn ❤️ P.S. Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems. Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only.

Hotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tables’ shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes.
