I recently stayed at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful recommendations and attentive service. My room was a true oasis, featuring modern amenities, a plush bed, and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the spacious layout and the luxurious bathroom—definitely a highlight! The hotel’s dining options were superb. I indulged in a delightful breakfast buffet each morning, complete with fresh local ingredients and a variety of choices. The on-site restaurant for dinner was equally impressive, serving exquisite dishes that made every meal a treat. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the local culture. After a day out, I loved unwinding by the pool, which provided a peaceful escape. Overall, my experience at Safi Royal Luxury Metropolitan was outstanding. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with impeccable service, this is the place to be!

Overall good, tiny rooms and still working on renovations... Sadly, the lady at the front desk refused to switch me to the newest/renovated rooms for free (even if she was totally capable of doing it)... Instead, I got a very old room... Anyways!

ทําไมรีวิวแย่ๆ เพราะว่านอนเกิน 11 โมงเย็นในวันที่เช็คอิน ผ้าปูที่นอนก็ยับมาก นี่ไม่ใช่ผ้าปูที่นอนใหม่ มีผมยาวอยู่บนเตียง เสียดายผมสั้น ไม่งั้นจะโกหกตัวเองว่าผมของฉัน อาหารเช้าหลากหลาย ส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาหารเม็กซิกัน ถั่วเปรี้ยว ไม่ชอบ

This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

房間設施面積景觀都不錯，但空調的温控有問題，有時温度低於設定温度了但不會跳掉還繼續出冷風。服務有點跟不上，跟前台説了一次，第一天也沒安排人來修，第二天再説了一次有人來了但修不好。 健身房游泳池環境不錯，泳池很短，衹能泡泡水。 早餐比較豐富，早餐廳有的服務員不太主動問要不要咖啡。

El primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel
