Lovely stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the room was spectacular. Extra touches in the room were very nice. Only negative was noisy guests in neighbouring rooms.

Excellent place to stay in Cork. There was a bar on-site that offered a discount for guests (at least in that week), and they had live music, which created a great atmosphere. I had an excellent time during my stay. If I return to Cork, I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were big and spacious and very clean I liked that it wasn’t noisy can’t abide being in a hotel and you can hear everything from the next room the reception staff were really friendly definitely would stay here again highly

前台非常熱情，服務態度很好！感覺像回家了一樣，酒店設施齊全，還有車可以送到機場。房間挺大的 打掃的乾淨 房間裏還有水，超級滿意！

Disappointing. Couldn’t find my booking at all. After getting a room and resting somebody entered to show the room to somebody else.
Unfortunately there was a group of ladies booked at the same time and they made a lot of noise and nobody stopping them so I got up at 3.30. Shouted at them and they went to bed. Went for a shower but no hot water. Asked for a fried egg and 2 sausages for breakfast. That took 45 minutes. It could be a great place with some organisation. We were probably unlucky on the night

Hotel needs refit.Bathroom shower very low pressure.Noisy room due to commercial kitchen equipment outside bedroom window.Very old tv in bedroom not a smart tv or anyway to connect devices.Bedroom carpet dirty near the door needs shampooing.Breakfast staff pleasant.

My friend and I then went out touring for the day, we later went for food and drinks and we managed to lose each other, she came back to the hotel with my phone,
I later arrived with no phone and gave my details was told there was no booking for me, I waited in reception for nearly an hour whilst they tried to find my booking, eventually they found it on the check out list, this was after 1am so I was very tired and ready for bed.
At breakfast the next morning we were told they hadn’t had a delivery so there were no sausages or pastries for breakfast, this was a little disappointing , Apart from this the hotel was central & clean, the staff were friendly.

ผผู้เข้าพักGreat location to visit the wildlife park but it’s not walkable. Room was lovely. It had everything we needed. Peaceful nights sleep too. You have to pre book the leisure club and children are only allowed at certain times meaning we missed out in the morning as my 13yr old wasn’t allowed in until 9am but we had to leave then.
Breakfast: Choice of food was amazing. Absolutely everything on offer. We were a bit rushed because we had the titanic experience booked so had to be punctual. We had to chase up the toast 3 times. It was the only thing my son would eat so couldn’t let it slide. Then it arrived stone cold so they apologised and redid it for him.
Overall it was a lovely hotel and included some nice touches like Lily O”Brien chocolates in the room, a coffee maker and free bottle of wine for Deluxe rooms. Turn down service was a welcome surprise too.

ผผู้เข้าพักAs we were staying for one night only we weren't TOO fussy. We got a family room which was also kitted out for wheelchair user. Our view was of a tall, solid concrete wall. Friends stayed in a bright, sunny room looking out over the harbour.. Choose your room carefully if you are staying for a while and like a pleasant view. Breakfast was just okay. I had poached eggs on avocado, peanut rayu and sourdough. Felt it had too many flavours. Would like to have seen some simple breakfast options on the menu. Several dishes served with hollandaise sauce. I also noticed a few flies hovering around the food area. Would not rush to stay there again even though location was fabulous looking out over the harbour.

SSharmaSachinThe hotel was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be better. Water bottles weren’t given every day—you only get them if you ask, which felt a bit inconvenient. It’s something you expect to be taken care of without having to remind them. The internet in the room was quite slow. It worked, but not great—good enough for checking messages, but not reliable if you need to do work or stream anything. On the bright side, the lobby looked really nice—clean, modern, and a good place to sit and relax for a bit. In short, it’s not a bad place, but a few small improvements could make the stay much more comfortable. Swimming pool service was good.

ผผู้เข้าพักI am in love with their bed!! It’s the best I’ve ever slept on. So in love, I had to investigate to find out who makes their bed: it’s by the natural sleep company. I slept deliciously and I will now get a bed like that for my home.
The employees were quite kind and helpful too.
Clearly, from the bed alone, they invest in quality. It’s a gorgeous building and exquisitely maintained with a magnificent old world charm. I hope this gem lasts for ages and doesn’t succumb to the boring, overly modern, cookie cutter trope a lot of hotels have fallen into.
I will return for sure.
