The pool on the roof is perfect and all facilities are excellent. We were a little surprised at how expensive services within the hotel were - such as the breakfast and drinks at the bar, I wouldn’t particularly recommend breakfast here. However, it wasn’t a huge issue and I would definitely return to this hotel.

Menginap tujuannya istirahat, memilih kamar yang bagus tujuannya supaya nyaman, tp bagaimana bisa nyaman kalo tempat karaokenya berdekatan dengan kamar tempat menginap. Aturan hotel tentang kendaraan tamu yg terparkir jg dijelaskan didepan seolah lepas tanggung jawab atas kehilangan dan kerusakan yg disebabkan faktor gangguan eksternal baik yg di sengaja maupun tidak disengaja, karna petugasnya cuman betanggung jawab untuk memarkirkan kendaraan dan membantu keluar dari parkiran depan hotel. Untuk urusan keamanaan kendaraan ada opsi intruksi tertentu (tambahan) dengan tarif yg di sesuaikan.

Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

Breakfast is very varied and the restaurant staff are very friendly. The location is quiet.

การบริการดีมาก แต่ห้องรู้สึกค่อนข้างฝุ่นและผ้าเช็ดตัวทั้งหมดมักจะมีคราบ ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ค่อนข้างใจกลางเมือง ใกล้สนามบิน และใกล้อาหารอร่อย

Untung kaum nendang mending ini sih cukup yaaa. Udah include sarapan juga. Dia ada 2 bagian gitu, depan dan belakang, yang belakang ini kayanya masih baru. Kemarin aku dapat yang di bagian depan, AC dingin, rumah kayu gitu dinding alas atap semuanya kayu, tapi kayu bagus tentunya ya kaya rumah nenek. Bersih 👌🏻 saya juga coba main ke bagian belakang lebih tampak baru tentunya, kalo ini udh full beton, tapi kasurnya kecil, buat sendiri. Mngkin ada pilihan kasur gede jg sih tapi saya gak liat aja. Ada sofa dan juga karpet. AC nya dingin. Airnya bersih. Udahbinclude sarapan untuk 2 orang. Kemarin aku dapat di harga 147an WORTH THE PRICE...

โรงแรมที่สะดวกสบาย แต่ต้องการการรีเฟรช ฉันได้รับห้องสูบบุหรี่แม้ว่าฉันจะขอห้ามสูบบุหรี่ก็ตาม เตียงนอนสบาย แต่ห้องน้ําและพื้นที่ต้องทําความสะอาดอย่างเหมาะสม ไส้ซิลิคอนในพื้นที่ห้องน้ําเป็นสีน้ําตาลและมีสิ่งสกปรกอยู่แล้ว ฉันคาดหวังมากกว่านี้
